I do calisthenics myself and form is pretty much everything. As a trainer we preached form/ technique instead of strength. It makes performing a movement efficient, which will increase you the amount of power produced, and minimize chances of injury.

I'm literally a low elo tft player so my opinion doesnt matter but I feel like I would've went remover over 5 gold so that I could spread components for bulk value.

You mean early game or late game? Late game doesn't matter main carry main tank has full item already so spread is easy, if you mean early game he literally had 8 winstreak what bulk value do you need. The less money you have the more value the gold is, that 5 gold help him get to 1 econ, and then 2 then 3,... the value is way more than spreading for daddy
