Slats and the works. Since I'm older than dirt and the clock is running out, this one has immense appeal. *The customer builds the cowling from scratch? **Is the elevator trim adjustable while in flight on this model?
Just installing engine and avionics can be 51%+, never mind putting it all together and rigging controls. I built a 650 with others in 2 yrs from basic kit; engine, wiring, and panel were major time. We have full Dynon system with auto-pilot and Rotax engine. Flown from WA to OSH twice.
@@RussellTelker As a DAR for EAB class certification I conducted an audit for this kit and it does in fact fall into the 51% area due to the fire wall forward, panel, interior and miscellaneous structures for the finished project. Hard to imagine but its true. I also see this as as stepping stone for a ELSA kit if Zenith ever gets a LSA certified bird into production.
@@RussellTelker Sooo, you saying a company that been building planes since Smokey Bear was a cub, don't know the rules, don't know how or what they doing and essentially live at a airport or at least looks like it are a buncha dummies, Huh ?? !!!... Ok, smarty pants, I will definitely follow your lead into a burning building.....😳😳😳!!!
Nothing better than seeing that Estes truck pull up in front of the house. The driver that delivered my plane was super nice and helpful.
almost positive thats what im going to do besides the engine . fantastic .
The best sport light aircraft
Have you considered making a tailwheel kit for this plane?
I like the Safety Clamp .....

Fiberglass cowls are available for most engines. Yes, the elevator trim is adjustable in flight.
@@zenithairco thank you.
Now if only you could get them fully built, I'd like one
Well done! 👍🏾
Are the prefabbed cables swaged, like shown at 2:37, or are they done with Nicopress sleeves?
I wonder can Zenith epoxy primer quick build parts from inside before assemmbling and shipping since in Thailand 8 months of the year humidity is 80%?
Good news for the enthusiasts. Saves a lot of time though.
bela maquina
Si, Bella Ragazza!!
What's a width of metall sheets here?
These dont crash randomly anymore right?
This would be a fun place to work .
I was looking at buying a second hand Zenith CH750 and have it de-assembled to be shipped to Africa by container. Is that possible?
2:00 that's what she said (sorry, but when an opportunity presents itself...)
and size for all kit
Отлично!
ineed plan plz
If you get the wings and the fuselage quick built, I have a hard time seeing how that's 51%.
Yeah, what’s the word on that?

@@scubajam Look at the FAA forms, engine and avionics will NOT get you 51%.

How’s the customer going to unload that?
Aryeh Greenberg They get their wife to do it !
Pretty sure if they can afford the plane they can afford to hire a fork lift
