Hy i have issues with hydraulic butterfly valve the actuator cannot work due to lhydraulic leak its becuase bolt broken, now the valve i oprte with use spanner bybturn the shaft when opening can open full but when shut cannot fully close, it possible to close by turn the shaft? Thank you
