Terrific and inspiring interview! I’m heading to an international art fair in Toronto this weekend & I’ll be looking for inspiration in the paintings & sculptures now.

David is such an inspiring person to spend the day with, I’d highly recommend a workshop day with him I learnt so so much , my mind was buzzing when I returned to my own work space , ps I was a bit skint too as I purchased my own lapidary set up too oops.

Great video. I have only just seen some of your videos and find them really good. I live in Thailand and I might start to make rings and things from silver. I have to build a small workshop in order to do it. Your workshop looks really nice I love the wood walls. A workshop doesn't have to be a scruffy old place. Do you have to get your silver rings hallmarked? If so is it best not to clean the ring up too much because of slight distortion maybe from the stamping of the hallmark.
