If you also want to play like that then with enough practice and patience, you surely can. Triads are the foundation of any arpeggio pattern, so assuming you can play all triad chords.Try playing basic arpeggio patterns which doesn't have any jumps and runs, and is played within two octaves, which you can found in any basic synthesia tutorial of a famous pop song you like. Then with time, gradually try more difficult arpeggios which is played in three to four octaves. Once you get the pattern, you will find it very easy, which after that all you have to do is practice. Lil more advance, try playing the same arpeggio, up and down. Being self taught I'm following the same, but will not say that I'm as smooth as Chetan sir, I still have to work on timings and a long way to go. But I hope it helps you a bit or at least just gives you an idea.
