True....revoice upgrade price are ridiculous....i love the company product but their business plan are killing all the user like waves

I bought Project 5 in January, and they want to charge me $75.00 to upgrade to this Version 6. Do you enjoy shafting your customers, Synchro Arts?
What a rip-off. That app is at least two years old. They should do free upgrades for 6 month or under users like most vendors do.

We're sorry you missed this due to a problem that prevented upgrades from being shown, but this issue has now been fixed. Clearly they don’t hear the frustration. This version should be a free upgrade considering how unstable and unusable the previous release was.

I am a Vocalign Ultra owner and I've never felt so abandoned by a company the way synchroarts has done with this update and I'm very disappointed. What's the difference of the Ultra and Pro 6? What are the advantages/benefits of me upgrading? If these benefits are minimal, shouldn't we ultra owners get a free update?

@@synchro_arts you’re not replying to tickets, and you’re offering 75% discounted upgrades privately to some users. At least offer that to everyone. As a longtime customer who’s purchased every upgrade between Vocalign and Revoice Pro, this is insulting. Additionally to add insult , the previous Ultra upgrade was unusable due to it crashing and freezing with excessive CPU usage on my Mac Studio M2 Ultra. 6 “Pro” should have been a maintenance update. Do better Landr. I hope this is not a sign of things to come with this company.

Shoot I just got Ultra like, a few months ago. Is this going to be a free update?
depends on how long the grace period will be, I remember getting a free upgrade from 4 to 5 since my purchase was less than a month.
Don't get your hopes up. These guys are notorious for not caring...

Hope you guys are redoing your UIs. Revoice pro is horrible.
Revoice sounds so good but man it's tough to use... they just need to make it as easy as like the Logic flex edit UI
i completely agree. melodyne is the real deal. also vocalign screws up the audio. clients come to me with ruined vocal signals. alwaysvthe vocalign.

There is very little new in this release, certainly not enough to call it a major update from 5 to 6. This feels like a money grab, folks...

Native Apple silicon support for ARA plugins on M1, M2 and M3 computers requires Apple to rectify certain issues in future versions of macOS and Logic Pro, this is in the hands of Apple which we will update you on as soon as know anything!
@@synchro_arts Although I feel the problem you are struggling with, I just don't understand why this is the only third-party plugin I have (an I have a lot of plugins) that only works properly under Rosetta.
