They're generally allowed to wear regular in front of the jury so they are not seen as criminals. I expect that's what will happen. Her feet will probably be shackled out of sight, but no handcuffs or jail clothes.
For all pretrial hearings she will be in prison clothes. Once jury selection starts she will be allowed to wear civilian clothes for the duration of trial.
Have you listened to the long phone call between her & Colby. He posted it on his RUclips channel. She told Colby, that Tylee killed JJ, then committed suicide. We all know Tylee was murdered weeks before JJ. She's evil and disgusting.
Her trying to play an intelligent lawyer from a low budget film is very comical. It’s the Lori show, it’s the last opportunity she has to hurt Kay and Larry and she’s going to use it in full. She knows she’s never getting out and by doing this the state has to give her resource, space and perks to “work on her defence.”
