With that being said I think Pyromaniac is honestly my favorite card from the series. In Magic terms this is a mechanic that you completely build around. In Isaac I feel that it completely shifts your play style into a new way to play. Honestly if character was released with this passive ability as an eternal it would be cracked! Think of this on Johnny or the Forgotten. Combos insane with Curse of the Tower.
The dude is BACK. I also haven't gotten my Requiem stuff yet. Granted, I went for the 'Everything But The Sketch' tier. That'll probably put me near the end of the shipping cycle, which has already been going for weeks.

Example: You go against a 🎲4+, with number one it becomes a 3+ but if you roll a 6 you take the amount of damage that monster has. So in that 3+ example you miss IF you roll a 1, 2 or 6

See I don’t think it’s only op then. I think it’s op most of the time. That’s the reason it’s on C. I didn’t like it the same reason I don’t rrly like Eden’s soul - it’s just like a get rich quick and now you’re powerful. There really isn’t a mechanic here it’s just take at least 2 items or for your example, take 4-8 items. The only reason Eden’s soul is higher is because it’s just slightly more fun cuz you actually get to go through like the deck and ig that’s fun. But I understand where you are coming from - if I was doing the tier list on power alone it would probably be in A
hell yeah!! no spoilers but i’ve played 3 irl games of requiem and all three have been the craziest and most fun games of four souls i stg it’s incredible
Butt Penny is funnier in my opinion just due to seeing the hanging "roll" on the card lol I also like how it doesn't actually do anything although it could proc any of the "if someone rolls x" items but regardless it's a great joke card Your tier list though so you do you

you’re right about the attacking people thing i think it was possible at some point in all 3 of the games i played but no one did it
there were times i considered it but a lot of the time it was either better to attack a monster or they wouldn’t really suffer too much because of it
