That jig looks awesome! Well done man.
This is just stunning, and the possibilities are endless as you said.
You’ve really helped me and inspired me to create my own jigs. Thanks for that. The Mustache Minnow is honestly my favorite. This one is real cool too!

You are totally on another level
I really appreciate that!
cute jig - nice job!
Love your videos though,,, informative and detailed
You sir are amazing
cool jig
NICE concept , but I don't believe that tail feather will last. Maybe some flexible UV for that part.
Yeah it lasted a few fish, but it did end up breaking off.
Cheating but you could easily replace it with soft plastic trailer.
Nice work
Some glitter flecks or permanent marker markings underneath some of the last few layers for would look pretty cool! You really nailed the look and reminds me of a smelt!
That’s a great idea! I’ll have to try that.
Mustache... thebacc is right! As you are building up resin layers, fine glitter can be added. You can even sprinkle the fine glitter in a small container and apply with a fine paint brush. I have come up with sick designs doing this. I will add also that you can add the color shifting pigments into the resin in addition to the glitter and it will absolutley blow your mind. Color shift pigment is excellantvwhen adding to resin. The combinations are endless.
Miss seeing ya nice jig 😊
Very nice. I would put a red collar in the resin to look like bleeding gills. But this looks great as is!
id love to see fishing videos from you!
I just uploaded one yesterday! Check out my fishing channel: ruclips.net/video/lT-aOrQVfSM/видео.htmlsi=O2djT8gML35vDMcc

Very very cool. Could you do that with a small Twitter tail or paddle tail added?
I’m sure you could!

What brand resin are you using
Loon thick
Nicee. What brand jig?
I’m not sure on the brand. I found them on eBay.
Nice video Bro, where can I buy that resin? Thanks. How is it called? Thank You.
It’s loon thick. Available at flyfishfood.com
Awesome jig we’re can I get some heads like that ?? Think you buddy
Thanks! I bought them on eBay. I just searched “1/16 oz minnow jig head” and there’s a bunch to choose from.
Mustache where you been? Been worried about you. Hope all is well and you are doing ok.
I’ve been doing well, thanks Alex. Just super busy since I set up my site. I’ve had lots of orders to fill. I hope all is well for you too!
Ya I am getting ready to retire and I am afraid it isn't going to be much of a retirement! Not ling ago I had a small accident while using a table saw. Still got all of my fingers but did break my index and middle finger on my left hand. In doing so it shut my jig tying down which meant orders started backing up big time. All of my customers were really nice and understood but ordered continued to pile up. Tried getting my sister in law to help. Although I taught her how to tie a really nice qaulity jig she just wasn't fast enough. This week is the first time I have even tried to get behind the vice. Got to get me muscle memory back. Skills are still there but the fingers are very stiff and after a half dozen jigs my fingers get really sore and weak. Will take some time. As of today I am about 37 orders behind. Most are small but I several that are over 100 each. Have several short arm spinner bait orders that are needing attention but bending the wire in the custom jigs are very challenging. I will get there eventually. I want to thank you you for your channel. I enjoy watching others tie especially when they produce a high qaulity jig like you do. Due to being a subscriber and following you I was worried when we didnt see you for awhile. By the way....we really didn't think this thing through when we decided to start tying for the public. I am just glad I don't advertise and most of my orders are through word or mouth and anglers I meet in tournaments and out on the lake.
@@alexrawleigh3167 wow that's crazy! I'm sorry that happened to you. I'm glad you're back to tying. I hope you'll be back to your old self soon!
This is terrible… the one thing I do not need is to get him to time my own baked and making my own lures like this. Is also the type of thing I can picture myself doing. I have way too many activities right now. I’ve been trying to get out fishing. It seems that it’s been impossible. I really really cannot handle another hobby.
