Been putting Avon’s on my Harley Baggers for years. Best all around tires on the market. Just put a pair of the new Cobra Chromes on my 2014 Ultra CVO and couldn’t be happier.

I had the Spirit ST, the one she says look like a rain slick. One of the best tires I have ever had. Especially for the price. Lasted 16000km too! Great on dry, very good on wet.

Had the same experience with my Road King, put Avon tyres on and transformed the bikes handling, I have a BMW GSA now and have been looking at the trail/trekriders and the Dunlop missions, so many other choices too but these seem to be the best at balancing performance and wear.

I have a set of Avon Trekriders on my Yamaha Super Tenere. 3,500 miles on them. More than half the tread left on the rear. I will try to make it from PA to Ankorage, AK with these tires; another 4,000 miles. That is in June 2019, will post results.
