So today was a bad day to increase my ankle weights to 3.6 pounds each, so this was brutal. 282 active calories, 129bpm average heart rate. I think my watch doesn't take into account increased effort from things like weights, but I am feeling the effort. The break dancing was hard for me, but any of the animal flow ones I seem to have problems with. Great workout, thanks.
