It's a weird show. Fury often seems to be genuinely at a loss for what to do and it's awkward to see someone like him in that state. I'm not familiar with the comic storyline though, so maybe that's the way it's supposed to be.
@@premiumheadpats4150I think that’s the whole point of the show fury haven’t been on earth for 5 years I think and I think the whole show is seeing how broken he is and to see how will he get back to his old self
@@REM_voidzTalos's death is the saddest in SI imo! I'm glad It wasn't Gi'ah though! Speaking of which I can't wait to see how she'll react to this news!
Talos is the greatest. He’s so much fun in this movie and then in Secret Invasion we get to see a far more serious side to him. Ben Mendelsohn acts the heck out of this role.
In my marvel universe series show Talos was once a skrull soldier that during one mission saw the destruction the skrull caused to planets trying to win against the kree which would lead him to form a small group of skrulls that all shared his view and would spend years minimizing the damage caused by the skrulls which would eventually lead them to meet the heroes of earth and while they had a rocky start Talos and his team would become the heroes best allies for years. While he was thought dead in Annihilation he was actually marooned on a planet and sadly the only surviving member of his team. Luckily the planet had a bunch of junk and debris that had crashed there during annihilation including a nova helmet which lead to him being found by Richard Rider and Sam Alexander YEARS later. After being rescued he would join S.W.O.R.D becoming one of its best operatives. He would later become general to emperor Hulkling and would be seen valiantly fighting during many battles like empyre. He would also gain a rivalry with the kree terrorist Yon-Rogg who wanted to re-start the war. In the 2099 spin offf series Nova 2099 would mention Talos as one of the alliance’s greatest generals having been decorated multiple times with the acts he did.
With the Skrulls being the good guys in the MCU it makes me wonder what role they would play. I mean I hear they were suppose to be the next big bad after Thanos and I guess they could still be by either them breaking off their alliances with humans or maybe there are some hostile Skrulls that break away from the good Skrulls.
Talos: "What is a cat!" Several scenes later Talos: "Humans are freaking crazy when it comes to Flerkens.". After some thought "I suppose there had to be one species that actually likes Flerkens."
Is it me or even as someone who hasn't seen Ben in THAT many films, this is a total waste of him as an actor? They could've casted him as someone like Mephisto but nope. It's Talos, a very boring-looking alien that just says a bunch of unfunny jokes.
The skrulls are actually the most relatable and realistic guys in the mcu
Fr
How so?
That's a reach.
Skrulls in comics: Villains
Skrulls In MCU: Some Funny Guys
Now they've shown their true colors
Talos: "My people was butchered by the Kree."
Avengers: "Hahaha, classic Talos..."
Not all of the skrulls are good guys, we'll see in Secret Invasion
Just wait til the Fantastic Four movie in the MCU. Maybe the Super-Skrull will be the BAD GUY (that way they can save Dr. Doom for a sequel). ;)

His little head shake is hilarious.
Rest in peace Talos...
Not the best Marvel film, but Ben really stole the show even under all that makeup. Kudos to him.
He was what made the movie watchable for me.
Talos is my favorite character in this film
"The last time I trusted someone, I lost an eye." I'll keep this in mind around my cats now!
For the record flerkins have human level intelligence. So Goose probably had a grudge against him at one point 😂

And now Secret Invasion is happening. I wonder who’s to blame.
Pretty sure the Skrulls used to be a race of ruthless warriors, but the Kree empire forced them into a corner.
