I made Ramen Crunchy salad a couple days ago, which I love, but yours looks so much better! I definitely need to try it sometime. I love the frozen cubes of ginger! I have never seen them before! They would be so handy as fresh ginger goes bad before I can use it all and I have never been successful at freezing it. I'll be on the hunt for that for sure! One of my all-time favorite vacation destinations is Las Cruces, New Mexico. My husbands cousin lives there and the Organ Mountains are right down the road from her. They are gorgeous!!! There is so much to see and do in New Mexico! Love it!!❤️❤️❤️

I just looked at my Mom's Asian Crunch Salad recipe and decided to make it. She used Napa cabbage, not Cole slaw mix as some do. I always thought it would be crazy high in sodium, but two Tablespoons of Lite soy sauce isn't bad. The only problem is that it doesn't hold up well for leftovers. Gets kind of soggy. Thanks for the fun video!

One suggestion please if you can show the bags or bottles more so i can get the brand and names of them because i am new to all these ingredients. You are looking really great so the diet must be working. The weight loss shows. This salad looks wonderful.

Tahini is made from toasted sesame seeds, so sort of like tasting sesame seed oil that is super thick and creamy., Miso has a umami taste, a sweet rich-salty flavor and liquid aminos taste like soy sauce.. Hope that helps!

Have you stopped eating all meat including fish? I know how hard it is to eliminate salt from your diet. I am on a heart healthy diet because of a heart condition. Gosh I haven't made that salad in ages. Thank you for reminding me. I know you have said you are going on a plant based diet for your renal health. Alcohol even in small quantities is very hard on the kidneys as is raw broccoli, eliminating salt. Apparently lightly steamed changes something in the broccoli that allows the kidneys to handle it more easily. Your version of this salad does look healthier. I do have a friend who was waiting ever so long for a kidney transplant, and heard quite a lot about what he went through with this dietary issues. Unfortunately, it did not work out for him, and he continues to be on dialysis. Happy Anniversary.

Have you tried dulce flakes and or Mrs Dash varieties as salt substitutes? There’s also something called asafetida. Stevia is a good sugar substitute. Walmart’s Lg Great Value brand is a good value. I also love the Sweet Drops brand, vanilla cream flavor for eating with cacao nibs or in homemade lemonade. And, I use an herb called Gymnema Sylvestre which inhibits sugar absorption and is nicknamed the “sugar destroyer.” Best🧚🏻♀️

Your punkin reminds me of our Max, same coloring. Max was part rat tail terrier but looked so much like punkin. Our neighbor's australian shepperd jumped our fence and killed him. I was so devastated. He was such a little personality.

Yes, I've lost 35lbs so far and Scotty has lost about 20lbs. You could make a small crunch salad and then make stir fry and veggie soup with the leftover ingredients, yummy 😋😋😋
I have one of those, she came very strongly in your face and licking she is a chi mix, but also, she would jump on your lap when you'd least expect it, but I trained her against that, and now she knows to wait to be asked on my lap. and only licks my chin some.. She is a bit older now as well, she is 9.
