This really is the perfect game. Both racing party games are actually two of my favourites, and even though I think the mini golf in the first game worked better for this game I think standard golf is serviceable here. The only party game I'm not a fan of myself is the Soccer one but the rest are great in my opinion. Definitely keen for the remake!
In Banana Mania, the star power up in Monkey Race is now used as a quick boost like a mushroom from Mario, but shorter and faster.

So I have a dumb story to tell. Back when I was about three or four we had a purple GameCube me and my sister's played it. Years later as I'm watching people review monkey Ball I noticed every time when they talk about monkey Ball 2, the box art looked weird, it's because we had monkey Ball one's box art but had monkey Ball two's disc in it. But the funniest thing is that I repaired the disc so it can work again and when I press story mode my sister's were confused, they remember story mode being a lot different. They told me they remember bouncing on flowers and stuff turns out they remember playing monkey Ball adventure. Till this point I didn't even know we own that game for some reason we have monkey Ball one's box art monkey Ball two's disc and my sister's only remember monkey Ball adventure.... Weird

My grandma gave me super monkey Ball 2 for the GameCube when I was 4 years old, I loved this game so much as a child and I still do to this day, I can't wait to get bananamania
