    Nice, i never tried cluster sets, what is your experience with them? good for hypertrophy or strenght increase?

      More of strenght increase is my opinion.. You get speed for your 1rpm with this style. And speed is strenght in law of fysics. More you can put speed in dead weight more weights you can lift.
