    That’s good artistic work with the para cord wrap! I just got my ESEE Izula knife and bought micarta scales and put them on the knife. This is the smallest fixed blade knife I’ve ever owned - and the sharpest..!!! I’m glad I bought it.

      They're great little knives. Solid retention in the sheath too!

    A standard can opener will take the top off your linseed oil can and you can dip the whole handle in. Store the linseed oil in large mason jars and ditch the cumbersome can. Really great presentation. Thanks!

      FYI, I learned a few years ago that linseed oil left in direct sunlight can catch fire.

    Looks nice. I think I’m gonna do my Izula like that with some brown camo paracord.

    That artistic and requires time to learn. .then think of mud...wet ..crap and decide to get one with micarta and a special sheath with ulticlip so I don't lose a work of art...great artistic job...

    Just saw this now, 4 years later but my suggestion would be to soak the cord in CA glue for a hard and grippy handle.

    Not a fan of paracord handles definitely like the knife almost grabbed the candiru with g-10 handles but both knives have alout of handle options from micarta to g-10 if your like me and don’t like a paracord handle on the other hand if u wanna save some cash a paracord handle is fairly easy and cheaper than buying scales love the video 👍✌️.Fancy wrap I just do the lazy wrap loop on the top wrap from the bottom up until u reach the top go through the loop pull the bottom and cut looks good though very cool.

      Thanks! I don't really like paracord handles either. I did this basically for a money reason...don't have money for scales right now. but I also enjoy a project...so this was something to create!

    you should make a video about all of the knives in the top left

      I've had a couple people ask me for that. I will definitely do that someday...it's hard to find the time with all the other reviews, but I do intend on getting to that at some point. Hopefully soon!

    Great video... I gotta go get me some boiled linseed oil, where's a good place to get that stuff? The hardware store?

    • @outerlimitless
      @outerlimitless  5 лет назад

      Yes, hardware store or home depot...something like that. It's perfect for treating wood handled tools, axes, knives, etc. It will tend to yellow if you're cool with that.

    Read up on boiled linseed oil. I don't think it's safe to use on cutlery for consumption.
