I love Spike Lee's films. But the hardest industry? Try scouring the dumps in Rio or other major cities for scrap just to live. Film directing is nothing compared to that or other hustles.
Trust me the grind directors and filmmakers have to go through is crazy… it’s a different type of grind but it’s still as insane as any other grind.
If only he directed something like Avatar, Avengers or Fast & Furious but I suppose thats not his style
