Hi Dodge looks like that orangy Boar has been having his daily walow at his mud hole but I prefer the dark grey Wolf tinge to look more natural . Cheers Mate.
These are an awesome resource for new and experienced painters. Well done. Love these videos. Couple of thoughts: 1. I was going to suggest you add GE equivalents to MC but then you went and did it for the white boar! 2. Could you do a wet blend to achieve an even nicer transition from dark underside to light at the top? 3. Any recommendations for adding purples and warmer colours to the underside to give the shadow more interest?
I have never tried thinning my washes with anything but water and that often turns out not so great, so will definitely be trying to thin them with something better next time 😀
Really enjoyed this video, and its gotten me to think more about how i'm going to paint my boar boys. EDIT: How would you go about doing markings on fur, like how boars often have reddish markings on the flanks and shoulders, or countershading?
Good tips, but you forgot some things, look up pictures of wolves. The further up the body, the darker the fur, with almost a black line running down the middle of their back.

I did stuggle a bit with th orange on, trying to find the right ballence between the oranges and yellows. Grey is always a safe bet.

What is "MC"? You mentioned some paintings of this brand in the video, when painting the grey wolf fur.
