Thank you so much ! Nothing better than the artist herself to show how to perform it, and in the details. You're such a talented and innovative musician, it's a shame that you haven't gotten more views yet. Love from Switzerland

And now I can say that I despise you for creating something this beautiful but this difficult ! It's been 2 weeks and I'm still nowhere near the required bpm for that fingerpicking pattern while playing the chords. T_T

I feel very lucky to be one of the few who knows to look for this. I have been an avid listener and a frustrated player trying to learn and show off your songs, and this is a great step towards growing your audience. Thank you for finally unveiling your secrets and sharing your talent!

"Did the cat do a shit?" - haha, love that you left that in the edit so funny.
Very interested to hear more about the various tunings you use and chord shapes that go with them. Fingernails segment really interesting and also the right hand picking progression - other progressions you use would be interesting to hear/see as well.
    Keep the videos coming! 🎸

I am currently obsessed with doing the wrong thing. Kaki, I miss you/your music so much. I’m ecstatic to have found you again. I heard a snippet of this beautiful song on the Moth Radio Hour on NPR a couple days ago. And I immediately knew to find your album and this song and listened to it continuously at work for the next couple hours. Thank you so much.

Even doing the wrong thing, you're light-years better. Sublime talent.

Kind of a "Blackbird" like feel around the 11:00 mark. One of the first finger-picking tunes I learned.

The only two songs of yours I've attempted learning are this and "Yellowcake", specifically because they use the same tuning. I ended up writing a song in this tuning, but it doesn't utilize that same picking pattern so it's not stealing lol. Plus, it's swung. Thanks for inspiring that :)

I saw a clip of Michael Heges talking about making a cheap man's fake nails using a pingis ball. The quality of the video was to bad to see what he was doing, but do you have any simple and cheap alternatives like that which sound fairly well? For us who don't record albums or go on tours it seems a bit much to go to a salon.

She certainly could've used longer legs what with that stool n all hehe...I know, I'm infantile and didn't really exploit the irony imaginatively, I know, it's still funny hehe
