I was watching your first meet and was comparing the two...1) you have taken command and much greater control on your lifts! 2) work on those abdominals and obliques, don’t allow those squats/deadlifts to fold you over like an accordion, keeping the abs and obliques mega strong will keep you more upright during your squat. 3) Awesome meet bro!!!

Thank you! I think I even had 220kg in me on the DL. Lost a little of balance at lockout, but definitely had the strength for 215kg. Also surprised how well my 3rd bench moved 😁💪🏻

Yeah I just lost my balance a little on my 3rd DL, I had it. My 2nd squat felt very good, so I went with a little more aggressive 3rd (my planned 3rd was 195-200). More weights next time 😉😁

Think I would have got the 3rd squat if my technique wouldn't have broke down. It was close. My planned 3rd was 195-200

im 170 to . 74kg is good 83 kg lifters almost got 300 kg deadlift :D
Hehe, true that 😄 For me it feels much more comfortable lifting around 83kg bodyweight. Much better leverages for squat and bench for me
