Bro you have close weight before about 4 years Why ...?? What's going on?! Is that powerlifting I mean you need 4 years to get some kellos? I ask because I want to start powerlifting
Might be several factors, but 4 years ago life got more stressful as I got a daughter (now 2). I also started a big cut after I hit my biggest numbers, so that messed things up too. And then I also feel I've come to a point where it's getting very slow to make progress, even though I'm slowly improving now again. Hopefully that gave you a better idea.
And also, it's not the same to max out in the gym, since in a competition you're trying to build the biggest total you can. Then you don't want to fail any lifts, so you choose your attempts more carefully
Good meet! Keep kicking ass!
Thanks! I'll try my best 😅
Good job! Keep it up!!

Good job bro!
Enhorabuena 💪💪💪
Hyvää suorittamista 👍 tuo kisa oli myös omana tavoitteena mutta loukkaantumiset sotki suunnitelmia. Ensi vuonna uutta yritystä!
Kiitos! Tavataan varmaan tulevaisuudessa SM kisoissa sitten 😊
Whoa, that was so absolutely amazing and intriguing to watch :) I loved it to bits :)
you ran meetprep with sheiko gold right?
I used Sheiko Gold all the way up to the comp period, then I got covid and had to modify my own peak for the remaining 3 weeks until the meet.
