    great content bro, i just started doing powerlifting, can u recommend me some good programs? wich are your favourites?

      Thanks! I'd start with something basic, like madcow 5x5 or something else where you can add weight to the bar almost weekly. Then when you've milked most of the beginner gains, I'd try TSA 9-week intermediate program - that's one of my favorites too :)

      When you're not progressing on a beginner program anymore. You'll notice when you start to hit a wall with the progression, then it's time to move on
