    The correct is A on page 5. I have already answered the question. "That bus is going too fast! It won't stop on time!" You know what I'm telling about, right?

    But the number 4 should be 'is going to be'. It's already planned that he is going be 27 years old
    Why 'will be'?
    Please explain

    • @EnglishPrepAcademy
      @EnglishPrepAcademy  Год назад +1

      Both "will" and "is going to" can be used to talk about future events, but they have slightly different meanings and nuances.
      The focus is on the person's age reaching 27 in the future. The sentence doesn't emphasize prior plans or arrangements, so using "will" is appropriate and more commonly used in this context.
      "Will" is often used to talk about events that are certain to happen in the future.
      I hope this helped 🤓

    also, number 1 should be I'm going to pay for you and will, because it's both a fact and an action you are almost about to do.

    • @EnglishPrepAcademy
      @EnglishPrepAcademy  Год назад

      Same here, I made a spontaneous decision at that moment (unplanned) to pay for you.
      Another example:
      You want to make an omelette for breakfast. You open the fridge and find out that you have no eggs.
      Oh no! I don't have any eggs. I'll buy some at the market. (unplanned decision - decision made at the moment - spontaneous decision)
      😊

    4. Soru nasıl will oluyor
    Gelecek ay 27 yaşında olacak diyor going to olması gerekmez mi?

    • @EnglishPrepAcademy
      @EnglishPrepAcademy  2 года назад

      Güzel soru.
      When something is certain to happen, we use will.
      (Bir şey olacağı kesin olduğunda, 'will' kullanırız.)
      For example:
      - The sun will rise tomorrow.
      - You will be tired after your long journey.

    9 question why not will???

    • @EnglishPrepAcademy
      @EnglishPrepAcademy  Год назад +1

      Because it is an arranged plan and it will happen in the near future.
      Example:
      We are going to have a movie marathon tonight. I hope we have enough food.
      👆🏼The plan has been arranged and it is going to happen in the near future.

    number 12 should be I'm going to open the window because it is something I am about to do, not a fact. It is hot, that is a fact so I'd rather open the window, so, I'm going to do it in this moment ☺

    • @EnglishPrepAcademy
      @EnglishPrepAcademy  Год назад +1

      In this example, we are focused on a decision you made at that moment. When we make a spontaneous decision, we use 'will'.
      Yes, it is hot, that's the fact. But you made a decision at that moment to open the window, so you will do it.
      Another example:
      You're walking in the mall and you see that there is a sale on a laptop.
      You make a decision on the spot to buy it.
      You would say:
      I'll buy it.
      I hope this helped 😊

    Number 3 it's a bit strange, she already made her decision so in her mind it's a hard fact that she WILL do it, therefore I think it should be WILL study, unless she's already waiting in line at the school to sign up for her course. I think....🤣
