it went into gear before you coded it? i just installed the same one in my 535i e60 and it just stays in park. its physically stuck in park while cars running, as soon as i turn the car off i can feel that the shifter moves again....some one please help!!!!! 😥

Great question, they both seem to increase the torque but they feel different. I usually move the lever to the left and press sport if I want the most out of it.

Yes, as long as you have the normal automatic shifter like the one I had before, it should work, even without the coding it still works instantly and looks much nicer
You can find it on eBay..I just happen to buy it..only thing is that had to buy it in 3parts...the shifter the base and the sport button...in all it was about $350
No, I can add that in future, the shifter comes coded for paddle shifters so you would have to code them out unless you are also getting the steering wheel with paddles but for around $1,000 I don't think it's worth it
No issues so far, but there is a huge boost in torque and acceleration in Sport mode which makes it great for passing someone or going faster up a hill!
2:24, there are a few different part numbers for this shifter but they all look identical. The one I got was 9165671. If it looks the same as the one in the video it will work in your car as long as you have an LCI E60 with the normal automatic shifter.
