Actually this is my first time that i am listening to Clementi. I liked his piano work so much and definitely he is a giant composer. Thanks for uploading.
A *giant* composer?? Really? This seems maybe a little exaggerated: these pieces, l should think, essentially have a pedagogic value. Clementi was indeed a great pianist and teacher. However, did you know what Mozart wrote about him ? “Clementi plays well in the execution of the right hand. Its strength lies in the third passages. *Moreover, it does not have a kreutzer of feeling or taste* . In a word, it is a simple mechanic.” 😉
I think it transpires he was a happy man. Not many composers get to compete head to head with Mozart and do well. Plus he didn't die poor, like most of them.
Clementi is buried in the cloisters of Westminster Abbey in London -he started a very famous piano manufacturing firm which later became Broadwood.(I think.)
Clementi was involved in the selection of a Broadwood piano for Beethoven (and Beethoven greatly esteemed Clementi. However Clementi's piano company was quite separate, starting out (and ending up) as Collard and Collard, though known as "Clementi and Company" for a period (antiquepianoshop.com/online-museum/clementi-company).
"Muzio Filippo Vincenzo Francesco Saverio Clementi (23 January 1752 - 10 March 1832) was an Italian-born English composer, pianist, pedagogue, conductor, music publisher, editor, and piano manufacturer. " en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muzio_Clementi
Un peccato che Clementi non trovi posto nei programmi di concerto pianistico. Gli viene preferito perfino Haydn! Qui si riconosce davvero il nascente stile pianistico e Clementi sarà molto apprezzato da Beethoven. Un grande della musica confinato nelle aule dei conservatori musicali con il suo Gradus ad Parnassum.
Beethoven was highly original. It's true that Clementi inspired Beethoven, and some aspects of Clementi's compositional style are reflected in his works, but overall Beethoven's style is quite different from that of Clementi - and much more sophisticated. I say that as one who is a great admirer of Clementi's music. There are few composers I enjoy playing on the piano more than Clementi.
아름다운 피아노 연주곡 잘 들었습니다~감사합니다~🎵🎹🌿🍀☘🌹🌹☘🍀🌿❤❤

Maybe very few play his great music. Your rendition is divine and you have won me over! Warmest wishes from Melb. I am a music-lover.
Thanks for the uploading. Clementi's music always makes me feel happy

His most common emotion is "joy" ... not overblown joy (passion), not merely passing delight. But truly happy joy. A joy to hear.
Toca maravilhosamente bem e é muito linda. Rosto perfeito.🎼💝😍😘🎶

So Beethoven is not that original...

@@stephanjwilliams In fact, originality is overrated. The most important thing is to create great works of art, not original ones.
@@Rickriquinho I agree.
