we reached the point where we get an event full of recolours including the heirloom. nice job boys
I think they did this to showcase wraiths new animations and market them. Just adding the animations wouldn't make them more profit. Advertising the animations with a recolor heirloom so people can buy the wraith heirloom (which never was in a collection event before) makes sense. Better than the pk recolor but I still don't like this. They could have at least made a new model with the same animations.

I love how they made a recolour for an heirloom that already exists instead of making an heirloom for a character that doesn't have one, and then made it cost $160. Truly an Apex Legend experience!

me too, they literally said in a blog that they understood that they messed up with. the reskin of a previous bp skin, now its another recolor for hierloom that nobody's asked for, i rather get a hierloom for any other character that doesn't have one then to have a recolor,
The skins are half the crafting and there are 2 free event packs.

Still, imo, this is a horrible event for just a bunch of reskins, no effort “ltm” that was always planned to be permanent, and the pack price isn’t going down so that overall event price tag is still pretty hefty for what should be a free heirloom *recolor*.
@@Royal_Fortune the event is 2 free event packs, 50% off with crafting, and 5 regular packs. It's better than most stuff we've gotten so far except for those with new game modes(which are rare on their own).
Now everything is reskinned. EA keeps outdoing themselves.

dude i bought octane's heirloom two weeks ago and i regret it. I said maybe new animations will come, but every update to this game is only for wraith. V
And I paid 2500₺ for this heirloom in Turkey. So in America it's like you're paying $2500.

I really like the idea of heirloom recolors. What I don’t like is the fact that they are rolling them out slowly, and taking the place of what could be new heirlooms. Not to mention the price.
I mean if you read the description of the event you will notice that there is still going to be a new heirloom this is kind of a bonus at least they are giving us more than they usually would
