I think it's more she just likes to toy with people's emotions and minds she has no reason to help or attack she just does cause she can and she is bored with life considering all the realities she has or has not witnessed at least that's the vibe I got from her she's impulsive and does things rather than think them through because everything seems so boring and predictable and she's dying for a variable or something to happen she didn't see coming so life can seem exciting again but I could be wrong

this game has some of the worst ranked i ever seen. they should give you more points for damage but at the same time not count damage for shooting a downed guy. they shouldnt give someone who has 100 damage but has more kills more points just cause he got last hit but give his teammate less points who has 1000 damage but has the assists. this games ranked is the worst.
Notice how Mirage threw his clones out right in front of the enemy. Truly an Apex experience.

Love that a mechanic that existed for only one level in Titanfall 2 and never talked about again triggers a whole new story arc here because one character realized how big of a deal it is to be able to time travel
Well, the way BT talked about the temporal distortions in the level made it seem like it was something that has been well documented, especially with the device not being the thing that caused the time travel, but rather focused the residue energy that the Ark left, but I believe in one of the loading screen text talked about Alter stealing something like the Ark
It reminds me a LOT of the time gauntlet but IS isn't quiet there. Suprising that the IMC Managed to Get Time travel "working" more than 20 years before this attempt

Pause at 1:41 and alter just looks so creepy. She has that cold and blank stare with those piercing white eyes. God I love Alter's design and the way Respawn makes her look so disturbed. The character design and animation teams always fire on all cylinders.
Boss, I have a few options for new characters. One is a copy of Dock Ock. I also have a character in mind that is basically a female Joker. Great, combine them all and make them asian.
Seriously, I don't think they've had a single miss, even legends who're a little more plain like Vantage or Bangalore all look pretty cool despite that

Just realized that the 3 or 4 general villains in apex are now Revenant, Ash, and Alter, and caustic kinda being a villain. All of them except caustic from what i know of has an arch nemesis, Revenants is Loba, but both Ash and Alters arch nemesis is Horizon. Seems like if they ever made a show for Apex, even though id want some screen time for each legend, Horizon could be the main character out of all the legends just due to her having conflict with Ash then Alter.
Ash is more neutral more than anything. She's not really plotting anything evil. Just trying to get rid of her human side and better herself as a pilot. She doesn't even consider horizon her enemy even when she messes with her. (Since she thinks she is superior.)
The only real villains so far is Rev, caustic and now alter. Caustic has been sidelined for awhile now and rev is plotting something with his army.. alter though, she apparently wants to destroy the world apex games is in but only time will tell

This isnt even a launch trailer, this is akin to the 'trial of mad maggie' type character trailer they used to do sometimes. Launch trailers usually take place during a game, showing the new map changes and weapons and mechanics and stuff.

Ok, for those who don't know, manipulation was sometimes in Titanfall 2. In one of the missions, you can switch locations, as if teleporting to the past and back to the same point where you stopped or moved. They can do something similar
That bridge fight scene was totally awesome.
It’s a really nice touch that the smartest person in the room picked up on the combat patterns of a void fighter quickly

@@AntonioPino-ex8wc the mill one that they used up until season 9. after that they switched animation studios on account of the previous one having bad practises and you could tell... like it was BAD bad. Don't believe me go look at the season 9 launch trailer, it's the same people that did this one. Then compare both of those to the season 8 launch trailer to see the difference
Tl;dr: they switched animation studios, to see the old one look at any trailer season 8 and prior, to see this one look at any trailer from season 9 and onward.

Cool seeing them actually hand-to-hand combat for once. Just as all others said, an Apex show would be dope.
Even just more Stories from the Outlands that are 7+ min or so.
Either way, the series is really taking a turn with Alter introduced. I don't know how to describe it, but she brings something dark that we didn't even have necessarily with Revenant.
Caustic's Nox gas is said to burn through skin and corrode metal, which is why it still affects path, rev, and ash. So just using it as an aesthetic just ruins the inpact of its deadlines
Could just be inert material storage. Although weird to use his iconic shade of green, though for the cinematic.
@@matthewapril3119 Voicelines between caustic and horizon right before the launch of season 21 had him asking if he could speak to her privately about something urgent, between that and him getting the event skin right at launch he 100 percent is involved in this somehow.
