  • 🏋️‍♀️How to perform the Kettlebell Windmill
    Main Muscles Used:
    Glutes
    Hip Rotators
    Hamstring
    Deltoids
    Correct Cues:
    ✅ Grip the kettlebell with your right hand and extend the right arm over your head. Your right palm should face forward. And shoulder holding kettlebell is down.
    ✅ Keep your eyes looking at the kettlebell throughout the exercise.
    ✅ Extend the left arm down in front of your left thigh with the palm facing forward.
    ✅ Engage your core
    ✅ Turn feet away from the bell at a 45 degree angle . Bend front leg slightly
    ✅ Hinge sending the hip back and up. And slide arm down leg without collapsing down.
    ✅ Exhale coming up. Reverse the movement, lifting the body while keeping a strong straight spine.
    Incorrect Cues:
    ❌ Going too far down (collapsing)
