His skin looks better, less eye circles but he did gained weight, maybe its from the juicing of high acidic fruits; which fat is the isolation of acid, not calories or fat as the medical likes to say.
I love that you never had to clean out the filter during that whole process. My juicer filter gets full and would have needed to be rinsed at least 3-4 times, this makes the Nama 2 worth every penny!
Got my J2 yesterday, been using Hurom for years, great machines, but, as many have said, "This is a game changer". I juice kale, spinach, carrots, and celery usually for 2 days juice. Generally takes about an hour and a half from start to cleanup complete. This was about 20 minutes. Juice is noticably better flavor. Thanks bro, been watching your vids back to the Moringa vids you did. Moringa is out of season now, but, I'll be juicing those leaves soon too.
You are hilarious; as a fellow juicer I've learned almost everything I know from your presentations - you leave nothing to guesswork and I appreciate that - what I enjoy so much is your information on the "reasons" for juicing; juice and food is my medicine - thank you!
I’ve bought from John. He’s legit and definitely keeps his word about going to bat for you if any problems or questions should arise. You do stellar work, John! Looking forward to seeing how you vacuum seal this much juice! ETA: YOU ONLY CLEANED THE SCREEN FROM INSIDE THE JUICER AT THE END? When I bulk juice using Kuvings C7000 I have to clean out a couple times or it is impossible to open. This machine you just demonstrated is IMPRESSIVE! PS I USE the bio chef I bought from you to vacuum seal!
thanks for the props. Correct, The Nama screen doesn't really get clogged with fibers as the Kuvings models can. I only cleaned the juicer ONCE at the end. If your juice is difficult to open, its a sign you may need to precut stringy vegetables smaller and/or slow down in how fast you feed the produce. See ruclips.net/video/g6Qt4pGCI4o/видео.html
I just spent 38 minutes watching a man juice. You made it easy though and I’m so glad I saw this as I almost (right before the video) bought another juicer- that I can’t afford. This may not produce the same quality juice as the other, but this will fit my lifestyle better and I know I’ll juice more because of the ease. I’m going to buy this tonight, from you. Your energy is the kind that’s like “I’ll have what he’s having!” And best part is I *can have it! Last two years since having covid 3X my immune system has changed. I’m now allergic to things I never was and get skin reactions and rashes to the littlest thing. Recently I was bedridden sick w covid I literally heard a voice in my head (inner intuition) tell me to juice. That’s all I heard was one word- JUICE. I have a hurom and started again. It literally makes me feel high.😂 You also seem like you have that “juice high” which is infectious and I pick up your energy just watching. Thank you for this video. My hurom broke yesterday which made me come here. Glad I did. Keep doing what you’re doing. Your honest sales pitches don’t feel like sales pitches because I know people can tell you just want to help them help themselves. You’re awesome! And your skin is GREAT ;)
John! My WHITE Nama J2 arrived yesterday, early evening! You’re the best! Making, 🥕 carrot, orange 🍊, lemon 🍋, ginger this morning. Also, making Green Juice…spinach, celery, cukes, apple, lemon, ginger! THANKS 😊 SO VERY MUCH! Joe is my source for everything juice! He took over the reigns from Jay Kordich, the original Juice King! 💚💚💚🌱🌱🌱💚💚💚. PS I ordered directly from John. I support this channel and the healthy cause John promotes! Plus, if there ever is an issue, John goes to bat for you !
You’re so fortunate to have access to the vegetables you’ve grown. I am definitely going to invest in the J2. I am a juice novice. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and recipes!
That pile of veggies looks like the base ingredients for my home made dog food. My baby has pancreatitis and slow thyroid, is always hungry, and does not like to drink water. So, she gets all this and more veggies chopped up (some cooked, some raw) with oats and ground flax, and she loves it. But even better, the vet said she's much healthier now. After watching all your recent juicer videos I'm going to buy the Nama J2 to make juice for me, use some of the pulp in breads and muffins, and in her dog food. It will be awesome! Thanks for all the information and tips.
Thank you John for always being honest in your reviews. I bought my Omega juicer way back when and I only bought it after watching tons of videos from your channel. I have been eyeing this NAMA J2 for quite sometime but never really had a reason to add another juicer in my juicing counter. I am now ready to buy one and it's gonna be the J2. This video has finally convinced me to go ahead and treat myself to this juicer. I wish you continued health.
We garden and recently started juicing to be able to consume what we grow as fresh as possible with less processing for later storage. I’m really excited. I didn’t know about that kind of Asian celery, will look into it..
Yeah, you are the king of juicing. Love your videos and they are so helpful. I just got a Nama (have a Breville and Omega) and love it. There are lots and lots of juicer videos but yours are the most educational, with reasons and options, and fantastic hacks. Thank you SO much!
If you purchase at namawell.com/products/nama-j2-cold-press-juicer?ref=discountjuicers and use coupon code DJJ210 (you get $55 off) you can pay over time with Affirm.

I've been binge watching your videos. I'm going to start juicing and need an easy and convenient juicer. I'm thinking the Nama J2 will be best but I'm nervous about the parts warranty. Would you recommend this as the best juicer for beginners?
This is for sure an EASY to use juicer for beginners, since it automatically cuts and feeds the juicer, so you dont have to, this ensures the machine is not clogged/jammed and reduces the #1 problem I see that customers have, so YES, i would recommend for beginners. Is it "best"? That depends on what you are juicing.
John, which is better.... Nama J2 juicer or the Kuvings REV0830 that cuts the carrots? I juice mainly carrots, spinach following the recipes from Norman Walker's juice book
Hey John, I really appreciate your content. Now that the Nama J2 European models are being sold, I got excited. HOWEVER, it seems that only the voltage has been adjusted, and not the frequency. The European models are 220v/60hz, even though Europe uses 50hz! That means the motor and cooling will be running at a minimum with 20% less efficiency and torque, so I'm wondering if it will still be the amazing juicer that it looks like in the USA models using proper voltage AND frequency. What do you think about this problem? Is it still worth it? THANK YOU for your answer
Hi John, Almost ready to buy the J2 from your website. Thank you for these great videos! BTW, is freezing the juices, in a smooth verticle wall mason jar, okay for conserving the nutrients? Any downsides? Do you evaluate freezing in any videos?
Thank you. I had been using a Bella and it took so long. I’m interested in a nama. Should we use the pulp in recipes to help get the nutrients that a horizontal juicer would get?
Agreed that more pulp is healthier and better and that is why I prefer a pulp juice . You are unbias. Green juices and green smoothies have blessed my life and improved my health. Low sugar green juices and green tea. Stevia is my only sweetner or Monk fruit that cinnamon.
Hello, thanks for all your hardwork over the years. I have been following you for a while but only bit the bullet now and bought the nama with your code. I love this juicer!!
Every Juicer will cause oxidation. Some styles of juicers produce more oxidation than others. The Nama J2 adds less air/oxidation than high speed juicers for sure. If you vacuum seal your jars as I show ruclips.net/video/kQI2x5x-DLw/видео.html you can slow oxidation to a crawl after the juice has been made.
Can you make a video doing the Gerson green juice with the Nama j2? I’m not on the Gerson therapy anymore, but the Gerson green juice is still my favorite juice and I want to see how the nama J2 holds up before buying it. Thanks for all your amazing videos!!
I have not made the Gerson green juice in the nama J2, but this videos shows me making 7 quarts of some of the more difficult veggies to juice. I make a recipe similar to this every week. The gerson green juice appears to contain: 6-7 big leaves (with stalk) of romaine Red leaf lettuce 2-3 leaves of escarole 2-3 leave of endive 3-4 leaves of red cabbage 2-3 young inner beet tops (inner leaves) 2 leaves of Swiss chard A quarter of a green bell pepper 3-4 leaves of watercress 1 medium green apple, Granny Smith or as sour and hard as possible which the nama J2 could handle. That being said, the Nama J2 is not recommended by Gerson to make the gerson green juice. The only juicer recommended by gerson is the Pure Juicer that costs $2500. Furthermore, the recipe contains many leaves and only an apple as the ingredient that is not a leaf. For this style recipe, I would recommend the Sana 727 over the Nama J2 due to its high leaf content.
I am a new subscriber, I love your videos!!! even if they are long videos. I will buy my J2 with your coupon. I live in Alaska they are charging $62 shipping!!!!! any suggestion shipping is to expensive
Do you have a link for this vacuum part ? Life changer ! Also, do you think it will it work with regular plastic lid, using a vacuum drawer? Many high end kitchens these days have it
Tessa, Depends on how you define good? The Nama J2 CAN juice carrots for sure. See ruclips.net/video/JZtKJiSiZtI/видео.html where I juice carrots and other root veggies. I would say the green star is more effective at grinding carrots and juicing them, but the green star is also alot more work and cleaning as well.
would the juicer could do cabbage and leafy greens like parsley??? cabbage is really hard, normally i use a centrifugal one but always is a mess and the residue that comes out is always wet. will this be good for that? Cabbage is really good for stomach ulcers.
Impressive. I currently use the omega juicer cnc80 and I have to press the pulp in a bit milk bag because the pulp is so wet. Also, do you find the turmeric stained the juicer? I’m considering getting the Nama
Turmeric will stain ALL juicers. Scrub with water AND SOAP right after juicing to help get them off. Then leave in the sun that will remove stains of plastic.
the only way you can purchase it is dried as a powder. I have never seen them sold anywhere. You must grow your own if you want them. You can buy plants at www.wendiland.com/
Nama officially says 30 minutes. Normally I juice for 1 hour straight. In rare instances I will use the machine up to 2 hours (with little off time) to switch off between batches. It does get really warm when I use it for 2 hours, so generally I recommend up to 1 hour. If you need to do more, then turn it off, and let it cool down.
Hey John, I’m still kicking it around but will probably get the Nama. I can tell you that the celery at Costco near us is usually not very juicy. I don’t buy it from them anymore.
I agree. I bought a batch from Costco that ended up in the garbage. Even the taste was off. I ended up purchasing from my local grocery store unprocessed with the leaves still on and it made a world of difference.
If used like I show (precutting) it can juice kale. For wheatgrass, I would not recommend, but it can do it if it is precut properly as I show ruclips.net/video/V5cpxNFZQI4/видео.html is the size you need to cut. On herbs - it depends on the specific herb.
I prefer to keep it under vacuum in a fridge at 33-35 degrees and feel it preserves more nutrients. for my thoughts on freezing juice see ruclips.net/video/CLKEBACDtCE/видео.html
This is a great video about bulk juicing. I am curious tho about how well that test vacuum pump worked out. I am known to be hard on my things so based on what I've seen of it I don't think that pump would make it much past two weeks before it blows a seal.
I Do not sell or recommend it. I made a video sharing the story, but Angel Sent lawyers after me to take it down, instead of making things right. I can not recommend a company that does business that way.
Blendtec will not do the vacuum blender any more from what I hear. However there will be potentially 2 other companies coming out with a vacuum blending solution for blendtec blenders. Maybe later this year. I will have videos on them once they are available.
Hi John. Living in Germany it’s not so easy (although possible) to buy Nama J2. Alternatively we could easily buy Hurom H320. Will you make a comparison between these two? Nama told me that the only technical difference is that J2 is slicing a bit faster.
The H320 is not available in the USA, so I Can not test or compare. Based on my test of the H300, I would get the Nama J2, due to the motor and the hopper differences.
It’s insane how you’re literally aging backwards. This channel has me now juicing daily! Thank you so much.
It's been a while since I've visited this channel. He does look younger than the last time I saw him!
He does not need to go to the Mario Lopez academy of anti-aging.
It looks like John gained some weight… Os this from eating cooked foods?
His skin looks better, less eye circles but he did gained weight, maybe its from the juicing of high acidic fruits; which fat is the isolation of acid, not calories or fat as the medical likes to say.

I have not made the Gerson green juice in the nama J2, but this videos shows me making 7 quarts of some of the more difficult veggies to juice. I make a recipe similar to this every week. The gerson green juice appears to contain:
6-7 big leaves (with stalk) of romaine
Red leaf lettuce
2-3 leaves of escarole
2-3 leave of endive
3-4 leaves of red cabbage
2-3 young inner beet tops (inner leaves)
2 leaves of Swiss chard
A quarter of a green bell pepper
3-4 leaves of watercress
1 medium green apple, Granny Smith or as sour and hard as possible
which the nama J2 could handle.

Hey John, I’m still kicking it around but will probably get the Nama. I can tell you that the celery at Costco near us is usually not very juicy. I don’t buy it from them anymore.
I agree, its easier, but buying celery by the head is better as its not as dried out.
I agree. I bought a batch from Costco that ended up in the garbage. Even the taste was off. I ended up purchasing from my local grocery store unprocessed with the leaves still on and it made a world of difference.
Did you buy the Nama J2? If yes, how do you like it?
I make enough for 2-3 days and always keep a few in the freezer for emergency. The J2 makes juicing simple and fast enough to do it daily.
How is it with juicing kale, wheat grass and different herbs??
If used like I show (precutting) it can juice kale. For wheatgrass, I would not recommend, but it can do it if it is precut properly as I show ruclips.net/video/V5cpxNFZQI4/видео.html is the size you need to cut. On herbs - it depends on the specific herb.
I need this Just started to Juice...Aaaa yes Today first Day..💪
John, i store my juice in freezer it’s still taste good. Do you think it’s still hold nutritions?
I prefer to keep it under vacuum in a fridge at 33-35 degrees and feel it preserves more nutrients. for my thoughts on freezing juice see ruclips.net/video/CLKEBACDtCE/видео.html
This is a great video about bulk juicing. I am curious tho about how well that test vacuum pump worked out. I am known to be hard on my things so based on what I've seen of it I don't think that pump would make it much past two weeks before it blows a seal.
I havent blown a seal on the pump, but I have broken the handle. It pulls a good vacuum, but could be more durable for sure.
Does this juice grapes and oranges?
YES! see ruclips.net/video/Q2pJ9dPC0Xw/видео.html
When will we get it un the UK market and order from you
Hopefully within the next month.
John,
Do you sell the Super Angel juicer?
I Do not sell or recommend it. I made a video sharing the story, but Angel Sent lawyers after me to take it down, instead of making things right. I can not recommend a company that does business that way.
Thanks for good video. Where can I get Nama j2? I am in Uganda
Is it whole BPA free or NSF certified too please answer details regarding toxic materials if it’s used on it. Thank you. Nama2
this machine is advertised as BPA free. It is NOT NSF (commercial certified)
Do u have a video that shows qty extracted from leafy veg (not water based veg like celery cucumber zucchini) and hard veg like beetroot radish
This video shows juicing leafy greens and this video shows roots ruclips.net/video/JZtKJiSiZtI/видео.html
This is exactly the kind of video I've been waiting for.
John do you know if blendtec will still be doing the vacuum jug?
Hi john this is the first time asking you i ma following you since 10 years ago from where you bye ashtiaba seed for growing thanks you
