    12:00. Nothing quite as unsettling as when your atv stops moving but the “ground” keeps moving. I hate muskeg but sometimes you just need to push through. Thanks for the adventure.

      lol - yup! Guys like Osta and EhTV look at it as a challenge, but I'd rather tour/explore that shed skeg & winch out all day - lol

    Nice ride there Q!
    My Dad and I had a good ride yesterday in NE Oregon. A private land owning company opens up an old logging road route in the spring for the steelhead fishermen. We took advantage and got in 26 miles on the round trip ride. The ride put us at the confluence of the Wallowa and Grand Ronde rivers, the location called Roundowa. Good weather, and a great day.

    • @quaddingsous
      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      Yup, comin' up in the next video. Not a full instructional video though, just a quick explanation. It was pretty crude, but I was just trying to keep as much dust and wat out as I could so I could salvage that axle and it worked. The CV joint was in good shape when we took it apart at home and cleaned it, so all I needed was a new boot! Yeeeehaw!
      Thanx for the comments and for watchin' Robert!

    Park boundary? Were you guys actually riding in a park of sorts.
    Yup love those trails Like that too around the 5:10 ish mark. Even though it was rather quickly. LOL
    That’s a good thing only needed to clean the leaves off tony’s ride.
    A ripped boot on the Honda?! WTF you should’ve known that was going to happen when you were plowing through that brush pile where they close the trail
    LOL
    And it’s not a full day, unless you have a
    Can-am in lamp mode hahaha!
    Cool old Plymouth.
    Yup cool old cabin and lake!
    Yes, indeed the trees had some awesome color when you’re heading back to the truck Awesome ride buddy thanks for taking us along!

    • @quaddingsous
      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      No, we were north of the Park Boundary. Definitely a big NO NO to ride inside a Federal Park!
      OMG KC, I was lucky a ripped boot was the only damage I had - LOL
      Yeah buddy, it is sooooo beautiful up there in the fall. I think you need to come up and experience it for yourself. I'll tour you around😉.
      Thanx for the comments and for watchin' buddy! Greatly appreciated!

    YEAH BUDDY!! ... That looked like some awesome fall riding!! I've ripped a cv boot a time or two & I too came to the conclusion, it's easier & quicker, to buy a complete new axle. Changing out a cv boot is a messy, dirty job. Loved the little cabin. Pretty cool!!

    • @quaddingsous
      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      Absolutely agree 100% buddy! It's soooo easy to change an axle, but the price has gone up sooooo much in Canada, that now I rip the axle out, buy a new boot kit and take it to my mechanic buddy. $50 vs $200 is a no brainer 😉
      Thanks for the comments and for watching Gunny!

      Yeah, those giant horse flies are annoying the way they swarm around all the time. They don't do a lot of biting, but when they do, OUCH! It feels like they took a chunk of flesh!
      Thanks for the comments and for watching Steve! Does Frankie watch these videos with you? If he does, tell him "G'Boy" for me and give him a treat - lol

    • @quaddingsous
      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      It's a bit of a drive from the town of Waskesiu to our campsite, but very doable and probably worth it, especially if you're not going alone. If you want the GPS marker, I can send it to you.

    This was my favorite of the three days so far. Pretty nice area to ride in.
    What are you using for the maps on your phone?
    I realized I called Tony, Joe on my last comment in the last video, haha. He looks like a guy I know, named Joe. I fixed that.
    Wow, untouched muskeg? Usually, it's just torn to shit... LOL.
    Cool, old car. I can't believe it still had cigarette butts in it? Crazy.
    Cabin at the end, and even the lake after we're awesome spots for some camping. I'd drag a boat in there and leave it... haha.
    Great video! Thanks for sharing, buddy.

      Well if you liked this one Ghost, you'll love Day4 (coming to Q-Tube Mar.29, 2023 - lol).
      I use Canada Toporama on the BackCountry Nav app & I'm not sure which map Tony uses, but the app he uses is call Gaia.
      Yeah, for sure, me too! I was surprised there weren't any boats stashed in any of those lakes so far. Quite often there is.
      Thanx for the comments and for watchin' buddy!

    😇 I'm not one to pick on short people and I'm pretty sure you guys are not 6'8 ...But did someone have their grandchildren build that cabin ?? lol (or at least the doorway)
    Nice trails along with beautiful fall colors makes the ride worth it. (dead end or no dead end )
    I kinda liked the skeg field trail.. How do I get there ?? lmao

    • @quaddingsous
      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      If you build it, they will come - lol - haul your machine to Saskatchewan & I'll take you to the skeg fields - YEEEEHAW!
      Those emergency shelters were always built short. Easier to heat up.
      Thanx for the comments and for watchin' Todd!

      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      @@TODDATVOffRoad . . . Buddy, this isn't NS where there's a house every 5-10 miles. If you broke down or the weather got ugly up there, you'd be thinkin' that shelter is a castle - HAHAHA!!! That little cabin is 4k off the road, then another 30k to the nearest highway, plus another 25k to the nearest house, but I'm pretty sure you'd get eaten by something before you got there - HAHAHAHA!!! I'd stay there in a heartbeat if I had to - lol. Oh, there is one other option. There's a guy living about 10k down the road, but he has signs posted that aren't very welcoming, so it would be a coin toss on what would be the better option. You should come out here for visit sometime. I'll tour you around the wild west🤣🤣🤣.

    You have been pumping out the videos like a mofo lol. Day 3 was as good as the rest. Was my wife yackin to me or was there no snack break? Lol. All that singing and you wonder why you have audio issues? Lol...

    • @quaddingsous
      @quaddingsous  6 месяцев назад +1

      Bahahaha! I know right. The singing is disgustingly horrific, but people are paying good money to be entertained dam it! 🤣🤣🤣
      I'm almost done editing Day4 and then I'm done this trip and only 5 more videos to go! Yeeeeehaw!
      Thanks for the comments and for watching buddy!
