You're so very excited!!! I love it!!! So, I have some questions.... Why would they put in so many layers of floors? Was it to keep the house warm? (Insulation) Or was it insulate from the noise from floor to floor? You said that there was typically 9-11 people living in the house.Do you mean as in one big family? Or multiple families because of so many bakers oven in kitchen areas? Sorry that was a lot of questions! I'm just so curious!!!
Don’t apologize for questions!! So fun! Haha so I’m not sure why they added so many layers? I guess just too lazy to remove and add a new one? I’ll ask my architect! And for the second - there were a few times where it was one family but + a nanny + a cook, and then more in the recent years it was made into two living spaces so then two families were living there! 😊
