Hi! I'm Sarah, mom of 3 daughters and wife to a busy chef! The sticky note for the next week is great. I had a nice planner and never really used it day to day. But you are motivating me. My schedule isn’t that busy so I just have a monthly calendar.
Do what works for you!!! I wear many hats and if it’s not written down, it’s in my head and I’m stressed I will forget so planning is such an anxiety/reducer for me!

Love it! Functional over pretty all day! I’m just getting into paper planning again after leaving many a planner undone. I know I need it so I’m trying to make time to do it. I have SO many things going on but if I don’t have a plan I get overwhelmed and things slip and I feel worse and… viscous cycle I’m ready to break. My handwriting is atrocious due to carpal tunnel so I’m worried but if I go slow I can write well for a short time. I love the idea of the remarkable but my handwriting makes me nervous for the investment. Thanks for sharing 💗
Mine is awful too but to me it’s not about that - it’s about getting all the thoughts down so they aren’t overwhelming me. We can’t all have gorgeous handwriting! I don’t have the patience to write slow enough to write neatly 🤣
I have that diary I bought it for a great price in tkmax . I love planning I used colour coded highlighters for family, work, and social x

Thank you! I have many times but it’s so hard to decide how it would be that I give up. I would likely do printables before a printed planner

Also, I show my pretty planner but I also do a flip through with the after math as well when it's not so pretty after I've mucked it up LOL :) But I agree - show the real life planners, too! I def use mine functionally
I wish I could have a pretty planner! I think they are wonderful! Just not something that works for me!!!

Do you have a video specifically about quiet time? I have watch many of yours that include your quiet time routine, but I’m curious for more details as a WFHM who has a preschooler that wants my attention 24/7. 4:49
I don’t think I have a video about it. My 5 year old still very much wants my attention. I just remind her if she can’t stay quiet/leave me alone during that time, she will have to play in her room. I usually set her up with an activity to do. Often being away from her helps (going to a different room). She’s old enough she can be out of my sight for longer periods of time (I can still hear her and check on her) but each kid is different. My 7 year old used to be the same way but now she’s super independent and understands why I need that time and happily does her own thing for about an hour and a half!

Im all for functional not pretty. As long as I tried to make it pretty, I was kind of overwhelmed and stopped planning altogether. Now that I have a very functional system that I can adapt to my needs, I actually use it!
Yep same! When I try to make it pretty it stops being functional for me
