First look at Intec Gaming Nintendo Switch Arcade Control Panel for Arcade1up Pinball Machine.
This control panel allows you to bring your own Nintendo Switch Console and plug it into your Arcade1up Pinball and play your favourite Pinball Fx, Pinball Arcade and Zaccaria pinball tables.

THANK YOU for this first look! I can't wait to see your install video. If it looks do-able for a novice like me, I would buy an additional Switch just to upgrade my machine. Even with the firmware update, I'm still not fully happy with my Arcade1up Attack from Mars pinball machine. The inability to add more tables without jumping through software hoops I personally couldn't find anywhere online, and tutorials that just boggle my mind, I'm hoping this may be the solution I've been looking for.

Hey vgv, the installation is definitely do-able just needs better instructions and patience . In total there’s 3 boards to install, the difficult one is the one on the back of the screen due to accessibility. Hope to get the full review vid out soon. 👍

Thanks for the update! I can't wait for your review! I wish they could make these things SO EASY where they could provide some kind of "Switch-like" dock that plugs into one wire inside the Arcade1up pinball and you just drop your Switch in from there :) Maybe someday :) Until then, I look forward to your demo.

Pretty interesting. I'm still holding out for Arcade1up to do an actual upgrade to their pinball machine at some point (I'm one of the few who hasn't done the mod to add more tables). But this is definitely an interesting option.
Great addition for the 1UP arcade pinball cabinet. Seeing as I own the most pinball games on the Nintendo switch this will be a great addition / mod further down the line. I look forward to a full review, installation and product pricing.
I'm not sure this is a game-changer. AtGames brought this control deck a year ago. AtGames deck is plug and play. I'd like to note I'm not a fan of the joystick/buttons on a pinball cabinet as I want it for pinball only. But to each their own. I'm not a fan of the switch mod. The A1up pinball was not meant to be a multicade. But again, to each their own.

Interesting option for modding A1up pinball for sure! I was curious about Solenoid support, but wiring to flippers is a good compromise. Sucks to lose the other feedback, but better than nothing. And yea, I've always not been a fan of the switch mod due to not being able to properly use the DMD. If folks are OK with those compromises, it's probably easier to set this up than a full PC mod.
The problem with the switch is it has rumble feedback so using solenoid feedback is not appropriate which is what intec did. I had to disconnect those middle 2 solenoids. Definitely not perfect but its a step up from the vpinner mod. Lets see what vpinner v4 has for us.

Oh my goodness I thought the attack on mars was a real physical environment and not a digital one. That monitor and graphics are amazing.
Wow, this would be an amazing addition to my setup and solve my vertical arcade game hole in my collection. Just wish they are able to squeeze the buttons closer to the stick, seems a little spaced out but i'm sure I can get used to it.
Interesting! I will look forward to seeing a vid of how this all hooks up. Does this come with a docking solution for the switch, or just sit it on top and plug it in? Would be amazing if they could supply a loom to connect the original A1up PCB in via the modded switch connection to optionally Maintain original functionality.
Needs a dock for the hdmi signal. Unfortunately I can’t see how both 1up and switch can co-exist in the same cab since both are require different power boards and encoders.
Looks cool I have a fullsize virtual pin running off a switch ... this loos perfect for what I am looking for any idea on price
I need more details. I am happy with the Mystery Encoder’s v.3 upgrade that allowed me to purchase and play Zen games on my unit as well as being able to have all 30 Zen/A1up tables. Not sure this will take it over the top. Plus you will need to connect and disconnect your Switch all the time, since I don’t think most will buy a Switch just for this Mod. Neat idea- but I need to see a lot more to change my original thoughts on this one.

@@smg4reblooperd182 they have no plans for other products at the moment as they are focusing on other Arcade1up products in 2022
Will this also work with Nintendo switch lite?
Unfortunately Switch lite wont be supported bc it needs a dock and hdmi to transmit the audio/video signal.
Do you think they would do this with a ps4 in the future?
I have a feeling this deck will work with a ps4 but I haven’t has the time to test it. However ps4 pinball games don’t support cabinet / portrait mode so probably not worth the trouble.

Availability and price still unconfirmed from Intec. They are fixing bugs and will give an update sometime in the new year.
