  • Written by Lew DeWitt, whose beautiful tenor voice really shines on this early Statler Brothers recording. It was first released by Columbia as a 45 rpm in 1966 as the flip side of “The Right One,” and later was included on the Harmony LP, “Do You Love Me Tonight And Other Favorites”

Lew DeWitt was IT when it came to tenor voices. Also great with the guitar.

I really like the harmony on this song as well. I also have always loved Lew's tenor voice on the "solo" parts.
