XPulse 200 Rally Kit Installation | 4 Seat Height Combinations

- Part 2 of the Rally Kit installation on my Hero XPulse BS6 motorcycle. In this video, we quickly swap out the suspension and the tyres.
I also show you four different combinations that are possible with this bike to give you different seat heights - I'm sure at least one of these combinations would work for your height.

Atul Singh from Speedmonks Performance Centre used to ride motocross back in his days and he will be setting the bike up for me. We could not adjust the suspension as I was in a rush and did not have ample time. I will set the suspension up after taking it to the trail and figuring out what works for me and what does not.

Even the Tenere T700 has 875mm saddle!
I’m 5’9” and I was tip toeing but the moment you sit on the bike, the suspension goes down a bit. So I had no problem with that bike. Should be fine on xpulse rally

Eg : if you take 925 mm ,.... It means 92 cm and 0.5 cm

You will able to get more flat foot or able to touch ground ,wear sports trouser of very soft material so thighs get more streach, while wearing jeans we are not able to strech much ,

Rally shock with stock seat is smart thing to do for shorter riders. Is their shorter seat with same thickness as the stock seat?

Long rides ke liye sahi nahi hai. Bahut soft hai, lower back mein pain hoti hai long rides mein.

Thanks for sharing this. Does that mean the rally saddle bumps up the height by 55mm? I've got a pro edition recently, the saddle height on manual shows 891mm. I've got a rally saddle as well recently, I'm like it when it makes it easy to stand-up. I'm wondering if this combination of Rally saddle (55mm) + pro edition (891mm) makes it 946mm!! I'm sure it'd be close to 935mm or so in reality. Another thing that I found the rally saddle by Hero to be very spongy, it's well designed narrower seat but it may be way too softer side.

@@manan3230 Bro if you are going to be running it in city than there is no need for rally suspension, go for rally seat and handle bar riser only, you will get a good feel

yes there are severately available so you don't have to worry about getting the whole thing you can comfortably custamize your xpulse however you see it fit that the beauty of this particular motorcycle

Because I won't get a first floor to jump onto the bike in middle of nowhere.
You can try it with the stock seat. That should be manageable.

Should one totally avoid this kit if one wants to ride it mainly in city pot holes. I'll wait eagerly for one of those videos. Even if it's a 10 min vlog for city rides on unscientific speed bumps it'll be an eye opener. Also need info on rear suspension settings for comfortable ride in cities, maybe odd rides on trail...

Just run a search for the cost. It is all over the internet. I don't remember the cost now. You can place an order for the rally kit at your local dealership.

Pretty good video. I'm 5 foot 7 and I am thinking to get rally kit installed on my Xpulse. Since I will be using the bike for commuting on a daily basis, I would want to reach ground comfortably. So how about swapping 19 inch front rims from Impulse? Those 2 inches might help me flat foot at least one leg! Need your suggestion Abhinav.

I can't say. It definitely wasn't designed to be ridden without the rear swap too.
