Mine is 2024_4v_pro. I got 29 clicks on white knob, and 27 clicks on the red knob. Both have reb written on them. And the manual is useless as on one instance they wrote red as rebound but on the next instance they got the red clicker marked as compression. So i have no clue to figure out which is what. Have to ride on diff terrain and adjust accordingly.

I guess thats a manufacturing defect and you should get it checked.
