Today I was helping a lovely woman who had a terrible secret weighing her down. A few years ago she was living a normal life just like any of us and life was good. She fell in love and had two beautiful babies. Of course they had some issues in the relationship but nothing out of the ordinary. As a mom of two young kids she was often tired but not too much. Little by little her younger child got sick. She started showing some weird symptoms and had to be taken to the doctors a lot. When they finally got the diagnosis they were devastated. Ever since that every home she has lived in has spiraled out of control. I am so happy she finally admitted to herself that it was time to ask for help ❤️

People complaining about you not replacing the mattresses have completely overlooked the mountain of trash(es) that you’ve spent HOURS to remove, the filth and rotting items that you’ve removed, the complete change of environment that you’ve helped create - FOR FREE - but they can’t get past you not purchasing a new mattress for them 🙄

@@titebumblebee When Auri was in Miami, many US viewers were posting about mattresses, paint, new furniture, etc. Apparently, they thought this was a "makeover" channel from HGTV, not a "let me clear your house of filth - for free - so you can have a fresh start" channel. Auri is Heaven sent to so many people.

I have two daughters one being the same age Emily was when diagnosed and I’m in literal tears I just can’t imagine the pain. I hope she can heal somehow now too

@@lizalitvinenko517 People mourn in different ways. Some people don't know how to cope with that kind of loss. I'm glad Susan is getting help. I, too, have lost 2 children and my house is clean, but I'm also in therapy and have a great support system. It sounds like Susan didn't.
To those that keep complaining about the beds, Auri is a CLEANER not a home decorator! She buys food, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies etc to do this for people. Get off her back! Auri you’re my inspiration! It’s also good to leave a few things for the person to do on their own.

In effect Susan lost both of her children - one to cancer and the other one going to live with her ex husband - no wonder the poor lady couldn't function well at all! Glad you could help her in the end!
Btw people who criticise you for not buying mattresses etc should look at what you do do for other people! You do an amazing job cleaning up people's homes!

Losing a child is an earth shattering pain I wouldn't wish on anyone. You NEVER get over it. You have to live life in a new way. Alot of marriages break when they lose a child. My love and prayers to this woman. She's not alone. There are all kinds of support groups. The initial reaching out is the hardest step. I wish I was there to give her a huge hug. Bless you. I'm praying for you.

Devastated for Susan. I lost my son at 13 months old due to an incredibly rare genetic mutation and it destroyed me. It affected every aspect of my life and still does. His 4th birthday is on April 15th and I'm just dreading it. I hope this helps Susan see the light at the end of the tunnel, she's important too.❤

People complaining about the beds need to keep in mind that the bed is still a better sleeping area than it was before Auri was there. It may not be perfect, but it’s always better.

I felt this one extra hard. I am a mom of two and my youngest is in the mids of batteling cancer, he is only 4 years old.... I can see how she would end in a situation like this. Life can be hard, life is hard... Luckily, my familylife is strong, but still, I understand her, alot.

Some people need to understand that you are there to clean, not replace furniture. You replace certain things like sheets, but the rest has to be done by the home owner

I can't imagine the amount of sorrow and pain Susan went through with the loss of her child, must have been terrible. I have a 3 yr old son and I wouldn't imagine my life without him. You are a miracle worker Auri, it looks like a completely new home. I hope her son is also taken care of and not being neglected due to this tragedy. I hope Susan gets therapy and heals from this sorrow. 😢

I don't get it when people complain about mattresses. You work long hours and do an amazing job everytime. Its not yo0ur responsibility to get new mattresses. People can get their own but if they can't, they should mention it in an email. Or maybe there is a non-profit organization that can donate mattresses that are in brand new or good condition. You are amazing Auri and I hope that one day you can make it to Canada.

I wonder if you have foam toppers for the beds there in Finland? You can get them in 2 inches or 3 inch thick foams to lay on top of the mattress. They make your bed so comfy. We can find them at many stores here in the US but if you have a store like Walmart I would try there. As always auri….you always do an amazing job🌺
We have them in Europe, but not everyone likes it. I do hate them, and always take them off (when I'm sleeping somewhere where they are on the bed).
What you do is amazing! It’s not your place or responsibility to make sure they have new things. You are cleaning for free. If they can’t afford new items, there are other people/organizations that can help. Don’t let any of the negative comments ‘steal your blessing’. The way you go in with such a positive attitude & so beyond happy to help is such a blessing to so many people.

Roaches are not that common in Finland, mainly due to the level of hygiene and how the buildings are heated
When a home gets like that, it gets too overwhelming to do yourself and often you get caught in a circle of feeling too ashamed and embarrassed to ask for help. So it gets worse and worse. Glad she reached out and you helped her

It's not surprising that Susan hasn't been able to cope with taking care of the house. I hope she's doing better now. My cousin's little boy had leukemia but he was fortunate enough to survive it and get better, but he was still very ill for a long time.

I have a housekeeper help me once a month and she loves clean like you, Auri! I’m always extremely grateful for her. I have a family of 5, homeschool and have my own business based out of my home so I need all the help I can get!
It’s so striking once these places are clean how empty they seem. I hope the resident can find a way to brighten her life with some art or colorful decor, now that her place is clean. Those things can be a real comfort, especially if a person has the opportunity to make an art object themselves.

When I was young I would watch hoarders and other severe homecleaning cases and I didn't understand how someone could live like that and let it get so severe.
Years later, I moved into my own place and got severe depression. My place got very messy and I neglected to clean. Luckaly I got help before it got as severe as the folks in Auri's videos, but I finally understood how it could get to that point.
You're amazing Auri, you have no idea if my excitement when you post a new video. Dont understand people commenting about you not buying a new mattress? I and your other followers here who have commented understand what you do and how much you do already for people who need help. You change lives by cleaning homes that would never get cleaned without your help.

Losing a child is definitely the hardest thing you can imagine I have and it’s been 15 years and it still hurts!
I personally know what it is to have not one but two children die. Susan needs counselling in order to move forward. Couples often separate after the death of a child. I’m thankful my husband and I will be celebrating 60 years married in May. A couple has to grieve together and also alone if that makes sense. I pray Susan will get back on her feet and get a job she loves.

Auri- Thank you for helping Susan & bringing awareness to childhood cancer. I too lost my child to cancer & was divorced within a couple years of losing him. It has been 14 years & it is still very difficult. The anxiety has been crippling at times, but I do my best to push on. I pray Susan will find the strength she needs.
I lost my only child, a daughter, at age 16 to cancer. Unfortunately, it's much more common than you think. ❤ to this mom.

It's not your obligation to by new mattresses or sheets for the people you're helping. You are giving them a major leg up on a major problm as it is. It is good for them to have to help themselves. It will increase their self esteem.

This hits very close to home. I’m a childhood cancer survivor and will be 11 years cancer free in a few months. A year after finishing my treatment, I met a girl who beat the same type of cancer as me. We immediately bonded and became close friends. 3 years later, however, she suddenly relapsed and passed away. It was devastating for me and everyone who knew her, but for her mother, it was almost unbearable. The only other family she had was her husband, and he died several years before their daughter. Her friends were constantly checking on her, but she still began to shut herself off. Probably because they were afraid to be pushy and would leave her alone if she told them to. She increasingly canceled on them and barely left the house. At some point, her closest friend decided enough was enough. She showed up at her door unexpectedly and refused to leave. The moment she entered my friend’s mother’s house, she knew the woman was drowning in grief and it was time to step in. The house wasn’t really dirty, but it was heavily cluttered. Except for the daughter’s room, where everything was still as she had left it. The friend encouraged the mother to ask for help, and she did. Her other friends and her daughter’s friends (including me) all showed up and helped her clean. We continued to help her with simple tasks until she was sure she could manage them on her own again. It’s been almost 7 years, and we are all still in touch and meet every once in a while. She pulled through, and we couldn’t be more proud of her.
Thank you for helping Susan, Auri. I hope she and her family will recover as much as possible after something as unfathomable as losing a child.

This stab*ed me in the heart extra. My late 3 yr old birthday is in 5 days… he would’ve been 4. I’ve lost him to undiagnosed cancer last July. It’s like a tidal wave every other day, some days you can’t breathe and feel like your drowning, or feel like you have no purpose or why me? It’s hard finding happiness when your happiness was your child. I just cleaned his grave yard today new flowers are growing I’ve planted a rose bush I was by myself talking to him most of the time I was there…I just hope he knows how much I miss him and how I’m the only one who truly loves him because no one else in my family or his dads cares enough to do things like that. To make SURE he is never forgotten.
Auri, let me give you a tip for food/blood or any organic stains on soft surfaces like beds. You can use enzyme-based pet spots cleaner. It works wonders!:)
I think the clothing situation on the balcony might be because she doesn't have a washing machine in her home. It can be really, really hard to use a shared laundry facility or even a laundromat when you're in a bad place mentally - you not only have to find the motivation at the exact allotted time, but you also have to get dressed, carry the laundry and stuff back and forth, risk meeting other people, etc. etc. And the longer you wait, the bigger the pile gets, and the harder it gets to find the motivation and energy ..
Susan needs to go to a grief support group and counseling for depression. I say this with love and as a fellow nurse. You can’t keep giving to others if your cup is empty and broken. ❤

Auri you are the best!! How you transform not only these people apartments but their lives too!! It's truly amazing to be able to watch this transformation.
I really feel for this woman, i have a 4 year old daughter myself and i would be absolutely devastated if anything like that happened to her! The story made me really sad. I'm glad you could help her at least a little by cleaning her apartment.

I can tell you that faith in an afterlife can provide peace of mind and heal a broken heart. It does take time and patience, a lot of tears,and a letting go. We so often think we can control everything but we cannot. Believing in a power a spiritual power outside of ourselves enables an understanding that we are not alone in this great big world,or even when we come home to an empty room. I have been a nurse, a daughter of a sick Mom,a mother,a sister,and have experienced many losses in my life. But I keep a home,have family around me and find pleasure and happiness in many things it can be done. Love 💕💕 to all.

I know it' hurts that some people think you should do or get more, but the work and stuff you do and get, is an amazing gift to those struggling. The deep heatbreaks Susan has been in are so very sad. While it's best for Jack that he lives with his Dad, it made Susan's depression even worse. I hope she is able to see him regularly.
