I think she laughs, calls the dirt beautiful and is excited for a mess because she knows this is all fixable. People are embarrassed or ashamed and her attitude shows that there is nothing to be ashamed of, because it can all be cleaned. This doesn't have to be the end.

    - Folding the cloth
    - oven cleaner + plastic wrap
    - squeegee as a broom!
    - using a scraper for hard stains - I definitely I was afraid of this tool, now I love it!

Seeing you being so kind, selfless and open minded is so refreshing. When you bought bed sheets for him it made me want to cry, because it made me feel like you truly cared, and it matters a lot. It's not just about hygiene and cleaning, it's also about care and love. You're right when you say that living in a filthy place makes you want to escape reality, I happened to me, and seeing what you do for people makes the child me heard and saved. Auri, as someone who always struggles when it comes to cleaning, I want to tell you that your positive mood and approach to a dirty enviroment is more positive and helps people to not feel too ashamed in case they have their own mess, it reminds (at least me) that this is not an impossible task.
Cleaning was always related to my self-steem since I wasn't taught with much love, I was hardly judged and criticized but family only focused on insulting me more than actually teach me, it was always about how slow, inefficient or how wrongly I was doing things even if I've tried to change ways or see cleaning tutorial videos.
Now I'm independent and living on my own, my home is not a big mess but cleaning takes a lot to me, finding your channel helped me enjoy the task a bit more, while also learning from a loving and caring professional like you, thank you very much

I thought people didn't notice but then one of the kids let me know. I was humiliated. The film of the class buying new shoes for some POOR kid and thinking he'd love it. I remember going to a couple of clients and I would end up helping them do this to their house one room at a time. Some would be so embarrassed or think I'm over working but I would always tell them I liked to stay busy so the clients wouldn't feel bad about their living conditions. Love those long handled squeegee things you use on the floors - to sweep/gather trash and to mop floors w/a cloth over it. Years ago I cleaned houses for a living, huge houses, I only had the day to fly thru the whole house! Some days I'd walk in and feel so overwhelmed I'd almost cry! Now at 75, I clean my condo every 2 weeks and am satisfied just to keep everything tidy each day. Love watching, thanks for being so kind! P.S. My nick name was Mrs. Clean.

You are an amazing woman! You love to clean. That is a true blessing for all you help and viewers like me. You said to let you know the best tip we learned from you. I learned to spray the hard to remove spots, but to cover them in plastic wrap. Then use a scraper if necessary. Your scraper looks like plastic unlike the metal ones I have. I also learned not to fold the rag in half and in half again but it looks like you folded yours in thirds, giving more of the vrag to be used for cleaning. I also understood why I keep folding rags and napkins when cleaning, it's so I don't have to keep rinsing them. The squeegee to remove pet hair and dirt off furniture is new to me too. I want to try it. I have four dogs. Their hair is everywhere! Thank you for your tips and tricks for cleaning hacks and your love for cleaning. Happy cleaning to you.

The best cleaning tip I have learned from you is to put the product on, spread, wait (or do something else in the kitchen) and than wipe. It changed the way I clean and I started to like cleaning.

Folding the cloth is a fantastic tip, thank you. You're such a nice girl to help people out like you do and buy them extra things they need, duvets etc.
There should be more people like you in the world. Such an inspiration to so many people. Thank you 🙂 x

As always, thank you! You are an angel. My favorite cleaning tip had been dish soap in the bathroom. I had no idea it could get cleaner than I have already been able to get it with regular cleanings! Oh, and power paste!!! Holy cow. "Power paste even cleanses my soul." I feel that.
I have to say how impressed I am with Sam trying so hard to help as much as he could, even knowing the first steps like taking out all the trashes. I love he had the courage to reach out to you.

Auri you are my fairy and helped me change my life ! Looking at your videos and with all your positive attitude, you gave me a lot of strength and motivation after many years of severe depression, hoarding and negligence. I started to clean my home a few months ago, and keep it clean ! I'm very proud ! The best tips you gave me was :
    - use dish soap for floors and bathroom
    - scrapper for stains
    - power paste ! I make my own now and it works like magic !!!
    - squeegee for floors - super fast
    - leaving a product to soften stains before scrubbing
You are wonderful Auri, and thank you for helping so much people, you helped me a lot !!! Cheers from Montreal, Canada

My dad always lives like this. His mother was a neat freak so it drove him to be a slob! So me and my sister would always get sick of the mess and clean for him on the weekends we were there. Like you I always started with clearing the trash and moving everything out of the way, but I really wish I had know all your techniques you use for cleaning all the stains!!! I love your videos! they're relaxing and give a little bit of the feeling of how it feels to clean a mess like this!

What I learned from you is how to use microfiber cloths (including folding them!), a scraper, and the scrub daddy tools. Now that I'm learning how to properly use cleaning tools I'm having a lot more success keeping up in my bathroom every week! It doesn't take very long to wipe my tub and shower, the cute scrubbers make it fun. Just in this video I realized I need a steel daddy for my limescaled faucet taps

These videos ALWAYS help me with my crippling anxiety. I can’t really understand how. Like once I watch a full cleaning I can peacefully sleep or be calm. Cleaning is already an escape for me but dang. This is nice.

the best part to me is seeing you put the things back, reorganizing cabinets or a closet or desk/table whatever. That is just as satisfying! you don't always see that in the endresult pictures so filming that is what I love to see.

My partner and I have been watching your videos all week, and today we were inspired to clean! We only had a few hours, but we organised and cleaned our lounge room (including under the couch cushions!), and a fair bit of the kitchen! Also feeling inspired to tackle the bathroom (lots of dirty grout and mould in the shower) tomorrow morning. So thank you!

The best cleaning tip I have gotten from you is washing my shower with dishsoap. It goes so much faster now and gets cleaner as well.
I am guessing the yellow spot is iodine. I don't know why they are impossible to get rid of, but they don't go away.
