    You read my mind with this video! All week I’ve been looking up for sub 3:30 pacing. Great info as always, love your channel.

    Great advice. Appreciate your videos, but have trouble hearing; volume is low and I have to crank it all the way up. Just wanted to give you feedback. Thanks.

    Great advice and just in time! As I am 6 weeks into an 18 week training block for a sub 3:30 marathon.
    Ran 8x800s today with 90 second rest at 3:14-16 per rep. Last rep at 3:10 😊.

      Ran the Dallas marathon yesterday in 3:28:12! Snagged a 6.5 minute PR!
      I took your advice on running more mileage at greater than or equal to marathon pace. Huge game changer! Thank you!
      I feel I am capable of faster on a less hilly coarse.
      I’ll be looking for a flat course to run my next full marathon! Hopefully break 3:20:00

    Saved! This is GOLD coach Nathan 👌. I did intervals on Thanksgiving day 5 x 800 at 7min mile pace. It felt great! My RPE was a 7-8 out of ten. I felt I could have held on for 1 more rep but I'm building slowly. Rest in between was 1 min 45 sec. I will start to reduce that mid build. Heart rate was 155 💪✌️👌

    I just did 4 1 mile repeats at 6:23, 6:15, 6:13, 6:22, my long run last Sunday was at an 8:35 pace, do i have to be faster than this on long days and on my repeats to get a sub3:30?

      @@rundreamachieve Hi just completed my long run last Sun. A workout of 3x 2mi at around 7:30-7:50min/miles with a mile float and 4 miles warmup and cool down. Averaged at 8:22min pace overall for 17 miles.. Do you think I can hit a sub 3:30?

    ty sir. my lactate threshold is 4.35 pace with 170 bpm.
    in terms of capabilities, how fast can i finish a marathon with that threshold?

    • @rundreamachieve
      @rundreamachieve  Год назад

      VERY difficult to answer that question but if you are running at 4:35 km pace you are definitely in great shape. A 3:15:55 marathon is 4:39 km pace as an estimate. Continue to work on your fueling and training at faster paces but also JOGGING on easy runs to ensure you are adapting and continue to get better. Wishing you continued success.
