How can I develop muscle memory for my shot. So that it’s the same shot every time

I was taught to do one hand shooting drills and it helped me like crazy. hit 5 swishes in a row with one hand from directly in front of the hoop. Then take a big step back and do it again. Then take a big step back and do it again till you are at the 3 pt line. As you step back your form should stay the same accept for activating more legs the farther out you are. Your off hand comes to the side just for balance. shouldn't have any effect on your shot.

Do you'll teach the pound dribble as mentioned in the video inside your frame by the big toe, there was another video that explained pound dribble should be outside by your small toe, so outside your frame to prevent shoulders from turning inwards. What is best? Big toe pound dribble or small toe pound dribble.

Yo is there a tutorial on how to raise the ball? Everybody talking about how they should dip the ball and extend their arms to get an arc but no one talks about how to raise the ball up to your setpoint properly (with fluidity )

@@ILB no actually do a deep dive video for the "lift path" i've seen this video 1000× I swear.99% of tutorials on the web don't discuss about this.however 99% of hoopers struggle with bad fluidity in their motion.this is a critical issue.

@@calonyoutuber1399 because they master the basic and fundamentals once u master it and u have a ton of skills u need to work on game situational moves
Foundation is the piece most players skip. Having the ball in hand and finding comfort with dribbling and body control WHILE dribbling will 100% benefit you more than most players will ever realize
