It is really creditable to see a young rider like you soiling your hands and changing the fork oil of a motorcycle , and of course delving into the field of tribology!

Hello Brother 🤗 !! I am a big fan of yours, can you please give me your honest opinion between Honda Hornet 2.0 and Honda CB 300F... I am from Kolkata and this will be my first bike so I'm excited and also a little bit confused between these 2 bikes... As I am a beginner and which one will be better for me if you please advise that will be great for me and the build quality, spare parts availability and servicing between these two... Which one will be better bhaiya ?? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻❤️
If u have money you can go for the cb300f *Spare parts lack for cb300f * Pad service can go upto 3000 to. 4500 base on spare you change * Lite bite vibration you can feel in cb300f and mileage depends upon your riding you get 33 to 38 * If you need more mileage you can go for the hornet 2.0 * If you are willing to use long drive than go for cb300f
Hello Debmalya, Hornet is 180cc so it's more of a commuter bike, with good mileage(40-45kmpl) and relaxed performance. Nothing is exciting here. CB300F is a more sporty tourer bike, performance is much better you can feel the excitement of riding with this one. But this comes with some cons like lack of spare parts availability, lower mileage of 30-35kmpl etc. If mileage does not matter to you, blindly go for 300f, you will be having a good time, as you will be having me by your side to guide you with your journey.
Nothing is impossible. If you have the time and knowledge you can do it. Personally I am not obsessed with the adv tourer looks, so for me it's not worth it.
You are comparing completely different two engines, long stroke cb350 vs short stroke speed400. They are very different bikes. Test ride both and buy the one, which matches your taste. As a family bike, both are good. If I had to pick one I would buy speed, because of its suspension setup.
Bro My r15 v2 front suspension is rigid as per my liking can I use 5w or 7.5 w instead of recommended 10w I want soft suspension? And is there any alternative to r15 v2's rear suspension, that is really hard
Of course you can, there is no perfect oil grade when it comes to fork oil, it depends on usage and users. So if you feel it hard try 7.5w first. Full synthetic 7.5w will be much better than stock 10w yamalube mineral fork oils.
