Increase tire pressure less roll resistance there for more speed less Grip. You can gain grip by lower air pressure but only for the short run Lowe pressure wears the tire twice as fast .
Hay tape works . It gives you less drag and works great in the draft ! But got to remember to long if a draft will result in overheat. But the tape works. But it won't help as much on a up front run only less dragg .
2 clicks of tight then adjust to your own preference . I use the practice to run recommended , knee pits setup and then adjust to where I like it ! Check out his setup vids the best on RUclips
All dependent on how you like to run your do you want it lose at the beginning of run for me I start off lose and most of the time my car will tighten as the runs goes on but some tracks it will get lose by the end just depends on how much you burn off your rear tires
@@theroadrunner7795 Hmmmm... so what do you adjust if you start out handling fine but end up loose after about 10 laps or so? My Vegas setup is exactly like this and I almost always end up giving up spots towards the end of a stage. 😞
About the tape. More tape gives you more grip and makes you faster. This will also make you wear your tires out faster because of grip gives you down force and tightens you up a bit. Less gives you you less down force lossens the car up a bit gives you less grip. This will extend tire life due to less down force and grip.
can u help explained settings that make the car faster more speed explained settings like I'm so dumb I will understand there I said it for heaps of players
Makes sense because it closes the vent in the front forcing air to splitter and adding pressure to the front. Unfortunate it doesn’t also add the extra grip like it should
Can someone help me with dirt track racing with my car set up should be because I can’t keep myself on the track and I want to start a career from the beginning but either I’m just bad too old or I have the wrong Settings I’m hoping for that
Be careful lowering the wedge to fix the excessive wear on the RF tire. Lower wedge makes overall both right sides wear more. I would suggest running more air in the right sides, keeps the tires cooler and they don't wear as fast. The stagger between lefts and rights will also free the car up as well. There are a while slew of olive branches to all the changes you can make to fix problems on these cars, but that's what makes the game fun......trying to figure out the best combination for proper tire wear and speed.
What does being black have to do with this video. It's not impressive that your black and into nascar games. There's professional nascar drivers that are black.
The Toyotas damage so much better than the rest now the Chevy front end damages pretty good but he Ford is the worst it barley gets damaged but he Toyotas very part of the car gets dented noticeably except for the roof
One quick question, do you have any info or guidance on the presets or slider bar for setups? And with using just the slider for beginning setup, does the difference in tire pressures still help as you describe in this video? Thank you for all the work you do in helping with all the setup types.
Great video and explanation! I was actually backwards on the left rear adjustment, I thought it was the other way around haha. Unfortunately, the main question I was hoping to have answered here wasn’t touched on. Could you explain the difference between overall higher and lower PSI’s? For example, if I dial in the setup to where it drives well and then add, say 10 lbs on ALL tires equally or, take out 10lbs in all tires equally, what would be the affect? The theory is that since all tires would have the same differences between them, it should drive the same, but maybe faster or slower one way or another
Just wondering if you ever tested whether a blown tire actually does anything? I just watched a video where he blew a front right tire and still drove full speed around the track for like 5 laps and won the race. He even did the burn out. That is just ridiculous. I'm starting to regret to having preordered this game.
Thanks for explaining this. Always wanted to know what each other the settings do to make the car handle better. Keep up the great work.
Glad to help!

Staying behind another car for too long does not overheat your engine like real life
Thanks this helped me a lot I have always been so confused in the pits😂
Subscribed! Thank you dude
Really enjoy all your videos. Thank you
I would like a guide on which slider option you use for each track when not using custom setups. Thats where I struggle

Left front increase makes you tighter???

This is wildly wrong. Lol
How do deal with one of my tires wearing a looot more faster than my other ones?

Anyone know how to enable the pit crew when putting? My pit crew doesn’t show up and it doesn’t show my driver on the car when I win
If I run a fuel and tires wear race. Any adjustment I make that helps the car after the pit stop. I put it right after the race is over.
Which adjustments should I focus on for a late race restart, to help with acceleration or just a few lap shootout?
Crazy helpful. Thanks
How or is there a way to SAVE your preferred Pit settings for all races?
Sadly no
Take screenshots
We have nascar heat 5 gold. During pitstop the screen comes up, but will not let us access it to change anything. How do you get into pit screen
I found the tape gives me more Front tire wear.

It helps rotation in the corner

Preset all over to the right and you are fine.
Its just that dirt is more drifting then driving normally.
good stuff man could you do a update if anything has changed but thank you might statr winning
What about Road Crouses?
How do u add a mic to talk
Can I use these example for all series of nascar?
Does anybody have a pit adjustment only setup for trucks at Texas and what slider to run
Why does my left front personage goes down way faster then the rest of my tiers
I forget now what track I was at but wearing right front tire out completely in about 6 laps. Any idea how I can fix this?
Loosen the car up. Go down on the wedge. You are way too tight and you are plowing the car. Or try having more off throttle time
Dallas Cowboss thank you I will try your suggestions

For qualifying, presets 5-8 in any car is great. For the Race, Presets 4-6 is the sweet spot. It's mostly personal preference but it helps.

How do you fix the temperature?
That’s what I’m trying to figure out, car starts overheating 2 laps in

Well that’s just not true once one tire goes I spin out into the wall.
Losing to much tire on right side at Daytona
The tape had me pick up a few mph personally
Tape helps tighten the car I found it gives very little downforce
In some situations it makes me feel a little looser
