✓ INGREDIENTS:
-2 Eggplants
- Potatoes 700g
- 2 Peppers
- Ripe fresh tomatoes 700-800 g
- Tomato puree 80g
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Mozzarella fior di latte
- Grated Parmesan 50g
- Grated mozzarella
COOKING:
- Bake the aubergines at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes
- Put back in the oven for another 20 minutes at the same temperature 180°C (356°F)
