I think you should bake the eggplants first and only add the egg at the end, because the egg cooks quickly and the eggplants will remain raw.

Odličan recept, u mojoj obitelji omiljeno jelo bar 50 godina bez jaja pravimo. A patlidžani mogu i u musaku pohovani, pa red patlidžana pa red mesa fino prodinstanog začinjenipg, pa zatim preliti pavlakom i začeći 20 min u rerni. Mmmm probajte. Ima posla oko toga ali ako se djeci svidja, zašto se ne potruditi ?
Iz Slavonije se javljam smišljam što ću sutra za ručak ...

Not bad, however i personslly would have baked the etire eggplants first since using the oven. I would have just cut cross hatches in the like you did and baked the entire halves and then hollowed out later and mixed together with your combination, also by mixing the paste with a little water first makes in blend in much better. With the cheese parmigiano regiano is much better. Very nice dish all in all. Bravo

Meat is meat, vegetables are vegetables. Im getting tired of your rants that a veg tastes or is better than meat. If you don't know the difference then quit your comparson. I for one love both and eat each for what it is. If I want meat I eat meat. If I want vegetables I eat vegetables. No reflection on your otherwise nice recipe, and yes you could char your aubergines first for a really super taste.
