Ai is actually insane. I was looking up “Horse kneeling down” for a reference bc I cant draw horses lol and as I scroll I see ai art of a girl kneeling down next to a horse with a bunny next to her. Like HUH???!
Wow 🙈 I wish we could all collectively see it as a tool for reference purposes for example because it’s not easy to find actual real pictures of certain things sometimes!

as an artist I have found it's harder to find real reference photos now. There's so much ai. If I look up alphonse mucha to do a study of his work, 70% of results are ai art that has been fed his paintings VS his actual work. 🫠
Oh yeah I mean for some things obviously ai reference won’t work I just meant I would love for ai to be a supportive tool for artists in the future rather than the ai ‘art’ to be the final product! It would be cool to use it to test compositions and ideas quickly :) but yeah the hands are awful most of the time!
I'm a pixel artist. Years ago, I made a pixel portrait of my girlfriend's OC, and she had it as a PFP. People were instantly blocking her on her social media because they mistook it as an AI generated NFT. Not so much as a hello first or anything, just assuming it and blocking before knowing anything about her based on that one PFP. I know my art wasn't the greatest back then, but I'd like to think it was still better quality than an AI generated NFT. Talk about insulting. 💀

You absolutely will not convince a person that refuses to look for evidence. That's correct. Maybe the number of accusations is lower than it appears because there are probably some people in there that sound like they're accusing you of using A.I. but actually aren't. I'm sure there are at least a few that would leave the disheartening "this looks like AI art" comment and actually mean "this resembles AI art I've seen" or "I've seen people use AI to do this" but actually NOT think you used A.I. to make it. Surely *someone* out there leaves a "your art reminds me of" type comment that can easily be interpreted as an accusation because the commenter didn't/couldn't/wouldn't use enough words to explain.
You are right, out of those who wrote that could’ve been some that genuinely meant ‘it reminds them of it’ - and as I said in the video I don’t really blame them, with the rampant use of AI sometimes (or most times) without information on if it has been used I get confused as well now :/
I have "AI paranoya" too D: In many quality works I try to look on the hands to check AI or not AI (but sometimes there's a technology to make good hands with AI too) And I don't learn anymore how to make beautiful arts, but learn how to draw simplest arts (because it's not looks likes AI)

Yes! Procreate as well, that’s why I used to always attach it to posts but nowadays you can also insert private photos that are not visible so live drawing is probably the best proof :)
how far society has fallen i am learning how to draw and try to ignore all the AI news, because whatever, but apparently stealing art to feed it into the mechanical furnace to make AI drawings a thing is not enough, now they are accusing the artists of using AI... that stole the art of artists and while i enjoy the process of drawing, i still want to have a positive feedback, as well as any other person who does... well, anything, so seeing someone not even saying that your art is bad (which means you still can make it good with enough study and practice), the AI allegation is way worse because it just invalidates all your work i send you, the author of this video, the best wishes and hope that this insanity will pass you soon, so that you will once again be seen as a wonderful artist that you are (also god daymn how did you learn to draw like that)

They are probably just accusing because they are jealous they could never do as good as you or their intentions are just simply to make you mad. What sane person would accuse with no proof to back up their claims. That just makes them look silly. 💜💙

AI can generate their own Time-Lapses, so there's no point in trying to prove anything to anyone since no evidence will ever be sufficient. Ironically, you should take the accusation as a compliment that your skill is among the greats that AI is learning from. Similarly, you are drawing in the Envy of less talented artists who can't stand you being better at drawing, thinking the only way you got to the skill level you are now was by cheating in some way. Success is the best Revenge.

Best way to stop the accusations is to begin recording timelapses. Krita has build-in timelapse recorder for example.
