Episode 4, The Story of Jimmy Rebel, was a banned episode is a banned episode, so it wasn't immediately available to us! Once we watch it, we will post!
This episode is also inspired by an old kungfu movie called "Master of the Flying Guillotine", which is the weapon the old guy uses to decapitate Bushido brown. They even use the same sound effects.
Damn, Bushido Brown was the sht. Dude held his own Sanford got his ass. He was a reference/tribute to a famous black Karate man from the 70's named Jim Kelly. His videos/movies are here on YT and this episode referenced a couple of his famous fight scenes.
I always disliked this episode because Bushido Brown dies, but when you know all of the references; that the Hateocracy are based off of black comedians, the Naruto tribute, and the fact that Bushido Brown dies to the flying guillotine, that's just cool. I can't even complain.
That weapon that Rufus Crabmiser was using was a flying guillotine. It's a reference to a classic 70s kung fu movie called master of the flying guillotine. Quentin Tarantino said it's one of his favorite films and is one of the inspirations for kill bill. The noise the weapon made was also in the movie.
Fun fact: the person playing Bushido Brown in this episode is actor and martial artist Michael Jae White. He played Spawn, Marcus from Why Did I Get Married, a direct to DVD called Blood and Bone and wrote a little movie called Black Dynamite. Black Dynamite also became a cartoon that was created by the guy that plays Thuggnificent on the Boondocks! (Which him and Aaron McGruder apparently got in an argument over and why he (Carl Jones) wasn't involved in season 4)
@@gabrielesolletico6542 To be fair that adds up when you look at bushido and Luna who are both far better and not that old. So Huey is just like them, built a lil different. He's got them protagonist powers after all. He's even got them psychic powers.
@@CLDJ227 I know that that's just for comic effects; but, since @Rjm00 seems to take things seriously, I tried to use his same logic, and ask a more rational question: how the Hell a 10 years old, who's never shown to take martial art lessons during all the show, is so good in them that can stand a fight against an adult, and not only versus his little brother?
@@CLDJ227 I think it's just for comical purpose, there is no real reason. Just remember that we haven't see Huey taking ONE single lesson of some martial art, in the whole 4 season.
I think it was sort of explained that they’re all powered by hatred. Why they’re so strong and skilled is because they hate everything so much with such intensity it empowers them. Like red lanterns from DC comics
One thing I like to keep in mind is that the whole "crabs in a bucket" thing is a myth... kinda. Turns out crabs aren't trying to keep other crabs in the bucket, they're just all trying to get out and they don't realize they're getting in each others' way. Because they're fucking crabs, and crabs are fucking stupid. So it's still a good metaphor, just not for the reason people like to think.
Lord Rufus Crabmiser is such an interesting individual, seems like a very level headed and rational person yet still goes down this self destructive path. Also love Stinkmeaner stole a reading subscription considering his disability.
1:28 On one hand you can tell it's a dream by how much butt kissing the DuBois do in the beginning but at the same time they'd be the most likely ones in the cast to do it 😂
Always wondered why Stinkmeaner could barely fight, but the other Hateocracy members were such high level. Maybe since he went blind so early in life, he just gave up on training his body.
He was frail by comparison. You got to remember that he does learn to fight in hell and comes back comparable. Its just that hid body was even more decrepit and he was blind.
Thank you Normies for watching my favorite season 3 episode!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The fight scenes in this episode are amazing and the 28 days zombie reference was so satisfying too 😂😂😂😂 Naruto/Boruto fighting animations, mortal kombat vitality, and whoop that trick 🙌🏾 😙😙😙😙😤😤😃😅
I am so relieved that this wasn’t the Jimmy Rebel episode because RUclips would’ve been on the Normies like the Hateocracy was on the Freemans… Also, next episode is one of my favorite Riley episodes🚬👊🏾
BOOOOOOO, YOU SUCK!!! A lot of RUclipsr have reacted to "The story of Jimmy Rebel", and their videos are still online! Jesus, even "The story of Jimmy Rebel" itself is still on RUclips!!
Awesome reaction guys as usual :) FYI: the flying guillotine is a reference from the movie - Master of the Flying Guillotine is a 1976 Hong Kong wuxia film and Bushido Brown ( I don't remember if anyone mentioned it) is based on iconic martial artist Jim Kelly - the jump in the air and landing on the old lady was from Enter the Dragon ( Bruce Lee's character finished O'hara with that move)

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Granddad sacrificed his friends and family to Stinkmeaner with zero hesitation like that if that dream sequence were real, lol. 😂
I'm just here for Marketa's cute laugh❤😂 Chris couldn't take it when Bushido Brown was beating up innocent people😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 This is the hardest I've heard him laugh
Since nobody else noticed, the first major fight scene at the school and at the fishing dock are largely directly inspired by the last two episodes of Samurai Champloo. They even utilize some of the same exact shots from the episodes. You should watch those episodes and come back and watch this! It's great. (Edit: I see you guys just started Champloo recently. Well, in that case, _watch this episode again before you watch the last two episodes of Champloo"!_ lol
My Dad lost his s*** when Rufus Crabmiser busted out the crab catcher. Because he loves those old school Kung-Fu flicks and Master of the Flying Guillotine is one of his all time favorites.
Those 3 are based off redd foxx, jj walker from the good times and the old lady from sanford and sons. Stinkmeaner is based off benson from the show benson. the more you know

I was hoping to see them react to it
Some of these guys on the couch are gonna hate that episode
The Bruce lee reference on the stomp out by Bushido Brown is great.
Yep...Enter the dragon
what about bruce leeroy the black version of bruce lee
I was not expecting grandad to yeet Jasmine like that😂
😭😭😭
Lmao I had forgotten about that!!
Ikr
You didn’t? It is well within his character to be a limey bastard ass nigga like that
The comedians are
Redd Foxx
LaWanda Page
Don Bexley/Jimmy Walker
the reference to 28 weeks later was hilarious
And the music was a 💣
Glad to see others understood the reference

Good catch!
Can you tell me the time stamp? I didn't catch it.
The "Oh, SHIT!" after Bushido Brown's head lands on the asphalt always makes me LOL.

I really loved that movie growing up. Uh oh! My old age is showing! 😆
@@thedarkknight2221 Sadly? Fortunately! I wouldn't want to see flying guillotine fights amongst the populace.

Yeah , was basically from his movie Black Belt Jones. Especially the episode he fought Huey at the tv station.
All facts

For real
The opening is a reference to 28 weeks later too.
Don't forget the Bruce Lee/ enter the dragon reference (Bushido brown made the fighting sounds that the black afro dude from enter the dragon made)

Yea where is she?
Thing I love about this episode is that no one questions how a bunch of senior citizens are martial arts experts
Well, they've had all of their lives to practice... honestly, what I question is: how the Hell is Huey so good in martial arts, when he's only 10?

The Stinkmeaner nightmare scene is the first Boondocks scene I ever saw, also the chase theme is a bop
7:08 "you think there's bullies in retirement homes?"
Yes. My aunt is one of them 😂😂😂
The greatest trick society ever pulled was convincing us that people mature after high school lol. EVERYTHING is still high school level politics.
14:12 Suraj is definitely invited to the cookout
Fun fact: the scene with Riley and the old lady is the same fighting sequence from Naruto which was Orochimaru vs Sasuke in the Chunin Exams
Yeah they looked it up at the end of the reaction.
A Stinkmeanor episode will always lead to a great reaction.
The George Pissedofferson was a play on George Jefferson, Character of course from the sitcom The Jefferson's

Because people are crabs.
The crab trap weapon that makes the "shiiing" sound effect is a reference from some kung fu movies its called a flying guillotine
The weapon the one guy was using is a flying guillotine, which was the basis for a few classic 70's/80's Hong Kong movies.
Bushido Brown takes his job extremely seriously.😂
Also, that throwing Jasmine scene is ICONIC! I cried for minutes after that!🤣😭
Funny thing is the intro dream sequence was an omage to 28 Weeks later, a zombie flick. It basically covers the first 10 minutes of the movie lmao.
The fight scenes are amazing.
That fight and martial arts one on one at the end was a Bruce Lee reference
"AW man, we gonna die now 😭😭" that delivery is so good

Ah yes, the fan favorite "ORCOHIMARU". Truly and character of the people
I've been waiting for this one lol it's just so unexpected and the fighting scenes are a plus
