Crabmiser and Gripenasty are parodies of Fred Sanford and Aunt Esther from

  • @jimiclipz

He says “no relation” because he isn’t really anybodies uncle. He just a uncle. No relations to anybody 😂😂😂

  • @TheJemel1994

His name is uncle ruckus and he has no relation to who ever he relates the information too

  • @JohnMiller-jd5dj

Obviously hue is a a better fighter than Riley

  • @shonwest1539

Grandad's opening dream comes from a 2007 zombie apocalypse movie opening scene called 28 weeks later, it's a pretty good movie if you haven't seen it already

  • @christopherclayton7688

Fred G. Sanford, Aunt Esther, and JJ Evans, can't get any better than that LOL

  • @thetruth1997ful

Did y'all notice that Bushido Brown in this episode made his original appearance in the first season when he fought Huey? It was the episode when Riley, Ed, and Rumy were plotting to kidnap Oprah.

  • @suprstng6

Im pretty sure Bushido Brown is a parody of Jim Kelly who played Williams in the 1973 Bruce Lee movie, "Enter the Dragon". Kelly was also a student of Bruce Lee as was Steve McQueen, James Coburn and Kareem Abdul Jabar. Great episode and great content. Good Job.

  • @SnazzyIndividual

I love the fight scenes too! Even though Huey and Riley may lose most of the fights (except when they fight each other) throughout the show, I gotta remind myself that they are still kids at the end of the day. Huey is still a beast for his age tho. 💪🏾😂

  • @SuperBrooklyndodgers

The no relation is explained later in the season

  • @truththekid

Another fun fact: The fight scene in the yard between Huey, Riley, and the Hateocracy features frame by frame reanimated fight sequences from the anime Naruto

The police officer who spoke to them at the end, and Bushido Brown were both voiced by Michael Jai White.

It still blows my mind that Stinkmeaner and Tom Dubois are voiced by the same person

  • @NickEclipse

YES!! The Hateocracy is a legendary episode. the Korean Animation Studio went crazy on the fight scenes. Fun fact, they’re the same animation studio that made Avatar lol

Getting a ticket while paying a ticket is wild 😂

Top tier Boondocks episode right here. Easily in the top 5 of all time. Hilarious! It never gets old. 🤣😂

Fred Sanford (Sanford And Son), Aunt Ester (Sanford And Son), and JJ Evans (Good Times) are all characters that Blacks know and love from the 70’s. We enjoyed Aaron’s wit in bringing them together as the antagonists . As usual your take and facial expressions are priceless.
