Yes!! Finally someone who's thinking like me. They created doomsday very good and the upgrade part is smartly made. Marvel does movies fun, with some comedy but dc's atmosphere is darker(nearer to the real life). Thats why I love dc's new movies.

Totally agree. Instead, they should have just had Lex FIND him imprisoned on the ship, like in stasis or something. Lex releases him as a weapon against Superman and then realizes his mistake. Would've been believable and about 100x better than the origin we got.

Idk about you all, but i try immerse myself into the movies i watch because it wouldn't exactly make sense to me to just spectate and have the movie force me to feel. I gave this movie a lot of thought throughout the time period it lasted, from beginning to end. Just 2 of the many moments that i really enjoyed was 1: "mankind is introduced to the superman"- that intro to the prologue gave me so many chills. Just the thought of one day we will have to witness the arrival of such being and power. Just the thought of living in a world like that, where all of that is going on just gave me chills. I tried to imagine and feel the gravity of witnessing destruction from just 2 powerful beings that were thought of as "fiction". Bruce wayne felt so small compared to superman. He thought "if he's protecting us now and all that damage is caused, what would happen if one day he decides to fight humans because of so & so. Bruce didn't know that superman was good by heart Because he's been through promises and all that. Its amazing. 2: doomsday- apart from the arguing of a possibility that superman could one day go rogue or that he shouldn't be here on earth, a new threat rises from all of that. Blinded by our own ego and whatnot only to miss the real threat. For example, we argue about race or gender & then out of nowhere an alien race comes to earth and tries to kill us all. We unite as one to fight back. Imagine that. They realized that superman is good because he's willing to stop doomsday at all costs, even giving his own life away for people who despised him or hated him. Lastly, overall, I really think Zack snyder deserves an apology. For all the hate towards this film and for making it seem so bad that he got into a razzie nomination? That bad? Its ridiculous.

Superman: **levels cities and basically saves no one** **gets large statues ‘in his honor’** **gets revived** Iron Man:**saves the universe with everyone in it** **no flashy, fancy statues or monuments; just murals and flowers** **is still dead** Not hating on supes, but the dceu kinda messed it up with their characters. I like dc almost as much as I like marvel, but I wish they would be more realistic about how they honored their fallen. A heroes death should be interesting, unchanged, and should be done after they’ve been really connected with their audiences. Killing off Superman in his 2nd movie just seems lazy. Think about it. He goes around, busting bad guys into buildings with people in it, levels cities and gets a big statue for his ‘bravery’. I do actually like the other justice league members, and I liked the movie, up until they resurrected Superman. This iteration of supes really annoys me. The movie brightburn was more interesting than man of steel. They even acknowledged the fact that they would at least try to save people in avengers: age of ultron. I don’t mean to say marvel is better than dc, but when it comes to their cinematic counterparts, marvel CLEARLY takes the cake. Just saying.

5:10 is when it started to get sad. When superman was doing all that dramatic screaming combined with the dramatic music was so sad. I actually felt like I was going to cry because of superman's and doomsday's death.

Totally agree. Instead, they should have just had Lex FIND him imprisoned on the ship, like in stasis or something. Lex releases him as a weapon against Superman and then realizes his mistake. Would've been believable and about 100x better than the origin we got.

Idk about you all, but i try immerse myself into the movies i watch because it wouldn't exactly make sense to me to just spectate and have the movie force me to feel. I gave this movie a lot of thought throughout the time period it lasted, from beginning to end. Just 2 of the many moments that i really enjoyed was 1: "mankind is introduced to the superman"- that intro to the prologue gave me so many chills. Just the thought of one day we will have to witness the arrival of such being and power. Just the thought of living in a world like that, where all of that is going on just gave me chills. I tried to imagine and feel the gravity of witnessing destruction from just 2 powerful beings that were thought of as "fiction". Bruce wayne felt so small compared to superman. He thought "if he's protecting us now and all that damage is caused, what would happen if one day he decides to fight humans because of so & so. Bruce didn't know that superman was good by heart Because he's been through promises and all that. Its amazing.
2: doomsday- apart from the arguing of a possibility that superman could one day go rogue or that he shouldn't be here on earth, a new threat rises from all of that. Blinded by our own ego and whatnot only to miss the real threat. For example, we argue about race or gender & then out of nowhere an alien race comes to earth and tries to kill us all. We unite as one to fight back. Imagine that. They realized that superman is good because he's willing to stop doomsday at all costs, even giving his own life away for people who despised him or hated him.
Lastly, overall, I really think Zack snyder deserves an apology. For all the hate towards this film and for making it seem so bad that he got into a razzie nomination? That bad? Its ridiculous.

In contrast, I watched with growing disinterest, then inwardly groaned as I held my face in my hand and wondered when the mess of CGI and overly bright colors would end. This climax was so shoehorned in like a good number of things were in this movie, and I didn't enjoy it at all. So yeah, after putting up with all kinds of other bullshit for over two hours, this did make me mad.

Not hating on supes, but the dceu kinda messed it up with their characters. I like dc almost as much as I like marvel, but I wish they would be more realistic about how they honored their fallen. A heroes death should be interesting, unchanged, and should be done after they’ve been really connected with their audiences. Killing off Superman in his 2nd movie just seems lazy. Think about it. He goes around, busting bad guys into buildings with people in it, levels cities and gets a big statue for his ‘bravery’. I do actually like the other justice league members, and I liked the movie, up until they resurrected Superman. This iteration of supes really annoys me. The movie brightburn was more interesting than man of steel. They even acknowledged the fact that they would at least try to save people in avengers: age of ultron. I don’t mean to say marvel is better than dc, but when it comes to their cinematic counterparts, marvel CLEARLY takes the cake.

2) Scarlet Witch's spell wore off, thus Hulk started to calm down.
