This is a very popular way anyone working with firearms or in first responder roles will wear their watch.

In my third world country I could buy alcohol being 10 year old kid. It was not for me, it was for alcoholic neighbor and he paid 50 cents for going to the store for him.
Europe has had a huge push towards getting more strict in the past decade or so. Nearly every country there has increased the drinking age to 18, even for wine and beer. Until very recently nobody cared and there wasn't much of concept as "underage drinking." That chill attitude was always held up to America as building maturity around alcohol and having much less problems than America. Now all the authorities are saying this paradise was a myth and there was a real problem and underage drinking laws are the solution.
