This is all so crazy to me, I left my HIGHLY Narcissistic and toxic ex a week ago, no contact and no closure. I loved her and she was beautiful, but as soon as I found out what was really going on, because I knew the whole time something was off, I left. I’ve never in my life met somebody so manipulating and negative, I never knew these people existed. My whole perspective on people has changed forever, but for the better. This is all so mind blowing, how there’s so many of us men going through the exact same thing, and how these narcissists operate all exactly the same and by the book. Now is definitely not the time to look for love. Kings go and get focused and stack your money. And if you’re red pill aware, you won! Because I’ll never be able to see women the way I did before nor fall in love like how I did before, but it’s for the better Narcissism is our present unspoken epidemic

I believe sigma males are highly empathic….our BS detectors are very sensitive. Not only can we easily detect a narcissist…but we are good at surrounding ourselves with the most trustworthy people….it’s usually a very small circle of friends and various ages but sigmas tend to respect older and wiser people more ( at least for me ) …we don’t care about popularity that much….in fact people who seek popularity are like clowns to us.

A narcissistic, very attractive ex once said to a mutual contact that I was the only man she couldn't do what she wanted with. I always kicked lazy and cheeky, demanding women out of the flat, which always meant they were defeated for them, but for me it meant peace. "My motto is: Why solve problems together that you wouldn't have alone?" So I also once threw my toxic mother out and have had no contact for 20 years. At times I didn't know about Sigmas, but there are many similarities.

Demanding being catered to by demanding "respect" or "compassion", really as excuse for demanding to be allowed to violate someone else's basic right to automony, was another. More than once, I walked away in the middle of a date without another word. However, once when a woman started telling me how she must always get whatever she wants, I did tell her that today would be a great learning opportunity for her, before paying only my half of a bill and just walking out to my car and driving off home. Dealt with that....here is how you handle it. Simply treat the narcissist the way they treat you. Yes, its just that simple. They will crumble before your eyes, and they will discard you pronto...all good!
That's petty and vindictive and will provide her the ammunition she needs become emboldened in her behavior. There is no substitute for calmly walking away. If you must say something tell them directly and assertively to F off without blinking an eye. Give them nothing but the memory of their own depression.

Start putting your activities first and your friends first. There is nothing vindictive or petty about that. It is giving a lesson back to them, a lesson that no one had the ballz to teach them. It doesn't embolden the narcissist, it humbles them, and rather quickly. Its not about ammunition, its about removing these people from your life.
What I do is give a woman the benefit of the doubt. If she plays games even once (contradicts herself, ignores messages), I stopped talking to her. She will only waste my valuable time.

Dated this woman for 5 months... 3 months in she got upset with me for calling out her terrible driving and nearly having a good accident on the road... Only then to see her true colour's when in the supermarket.. She decided to shoulder charger another woman in the middle of the store isle... When I asked her why she did it... I was told she was in the middle of the fkn isle.. I replied if you have a issue with what I've said to her, don't take it out on a innocent person... Was meet with silent treatment for a few day's... That was when I decided to bail her for good.
Silent Treatment is dehumanizing psychological and emotional terrorism. It demonstrates she has a profound lack of empathy. You know you were certainly right to run.
Same with my family - they are parasites & whilst I miss being an uncle - their actions almost killed me. When you stand up to them & just like cheap toilet paper = take no crap - they blame you when you call out their lies in public.

I just dusted one off about a week ago. We've been dragging on for months (since February). She's an Alpha female and tries to make everything bend to her will. As a Sigma male, I will never put up a loud aggressive fight, but I'll calmly reject any form of manipulation, and as soon as I sense the fire, I douse it quickly. In one of those emotional periods last week, I let my guard down a bit and told her some stuff I was going through lately, thinking "Well, she might have an idea or two or at least show compassion"😂 She brushed off the topic and gave a very bad judgment. I paused a bit, ran a combo of thoughts and simply said "OK. Good night." before abruptly hanging up. Guess what she replied with as text "That was rude.". I replied "OK" and erased her from my mind instantly. She always thinks she's right and so far, about 50% of her judgments have been obviously terrible as they clearly failed. Not wanting to see things from the perspective of another person is an awful attribute I don't think I can condone from anyone. Wanting things to go your way everytime is simply trying to manipulate everyone to do your bidding.😅

For me, mostly it's having good boundaries that mean something. if you let people away with crossing boundaries, then they aren't boundaries. So be strong enough to make a boundary be a boundary. "Sometimes" it can actually feel good to close someone down if they are being disrespectful (just don't be vindictive about it) 🙂
Simply ignore the bias from such a person, they'll hate you for it and understand that they can't get inside your mind, so they'll leave by themselves. The art of dealing with a narcissist is using the power of silence, just be stoic. I've met a few nacissists in the past and all of them ran away to be never seen back again. Giving them the slightest attention gives them the thought that they have an entrance, don't give that to a narcissist, they'll try to manipulate you for it, such a waste of valuable time. Just look at them with a blank stare and don't respond to anything.
Sometimes I like going head to head with them just for the deep satisfaction I get from knowing they have no effect on me and the more they try the angrier they get and I just smile through it all as they try everything to tear me down. If you just ignore them they move on to the next target, I would rather disarm that bomb so nobody else gets hurt by them

Being a sigma male and not even realizing I was one until I started watching videos about narcissistic women, I came to find out how much I did instinctively to counter a narcissist woman that I had dated. She thought she could destroy me at the end but little did she know I became her employee and well…it didn’t end well for her when I saved every photo, text, phone call, voice recording of her emotional/sexual abuse towards me and sent it to HR and shieet at the point, might as well send it all in the work group chat for everyone to see it since I didn’t care to work there anymore. I picked up something was wrong with her in the beginning but never directly confronted her about it, until the end but I just naturally felt I needed to shield myself from her. I sent everything to her work, her friends, and even her other surprise boyfriend and husband! She thought she would F me Over but She ended up getting fked at the end big time 🤣

The company she was managing were so scared that I was about to sue them and I was planning to but decided to just focus full time school because I think it is more important to me long term than some stupid bottom feeder job; however, I did get a $5000 pay out just to not move forward with the case which is nothing compared to what I would have gotten if I won in a legal battle in court. At least everyone knows what a twisted person she is. No one like her at work. I know now better to stay away thai people and narcissists in general. She was Thai in case you were wondering and they are the most world known top level narcissists but are very stupid so if you see the red flags, document everything to protect yourself.

You may be reading to much into this. Often the man does see to the cars because that is more our nature. Women generally don't know much about cars. The rise of social media and dating apps has caused every 4 or 5 to think they're a 9 or 10 based on the desperation of men. This overinflated many an ego and has really drained the dating pool for a lot of perfectly good men. I'm so glad I got out of the dating game before this happened. But I tell the young guys I work with to keep an eye out for the good ones, especially those who are funny and humorous, and the 2nd or 3rd place winner of the "who's hot in this group" category. Tunnel vision is all too true.
Sadly, these videos definitely help me realise that I am definitely not a Sigma male. It took me a good 16 years to break up with my narcissistic partner. A fee years ago before I became so called red pill aware. I dated a very attractive girl wo was a co worker, she craved attention bu dressing like a whore, constantly going out, always on her phone etc. She had a masculine energy by always competing with me, or letting other co workers disrespect me thinking I can't hear or observe behavior. We grew apart because her behavior was a direct turn off so she thought she would be ok by taking time apart. I flat put said we need to break up. She broke her neck because she didn't see it coming 😂. She asked what did she do wrong. I didn't tell he anything. Several times she tried to text, call or ask if she missed me. I never responded and blocked her💯💯💯💯

That's what I did with my ex-future mother-in-law: she was every bit narcissistic and toxic, she held her daughter effectively hostage and she expected to do the same with me. Hard luck for her, I pushed her back and crushed her.

If she has a complaint or concern, note it. But when they start ranting, nip that ish in the bud. "You said what you needed to say. But I will NOT be lectured by you. You can stop right there. I won't listen to anymore." I also tend to raise my voice (not yell) to get my point across. Let them know that you are in control of you... not them.
I work in a progressive industry with most of the managers women…usually with less qualifications than the men they replaced…and let me tell you that this behaviour exists in female management when dealing with a male dominated workforce under them.

I once told a woman that I was homeless and my only possession was a shopping cart and that we could troll high end restaurants and get the good left overs. then I didn't contact her for a few days! When I did contact her after getting a message I acted as though everything was "normal" I told her that we could still be friends however.

Yeah you need to be really careful mate. At your age and the money you make women will see you as an easy mark. If I were you, I would pick a country overseas where the ladies are known for being traditional and learn their language, learn the culture and customs. You can find a great wife overseas but it is best to keep them in their country of origin in my opinion. I would work on getting duel citizenship but NEVER would I move her to the West. Western fems will immediately corrupt your wife, teach her how to screw you over, and leave you along with half your money and kids. Women do not love men the same way we love them! The ex wife asked me marry her, i told her i'm getting a divorce being with her was effecting my mental wellbeing an i felt depressed, i left with no where go to, i did a week on the streets then a month in a hostle where the streets felt safer, Never looked back as i felt myself becomming me again , Met a women & the sparks were there for everyone to see , she did 8 years being alone yet made me her man , I came home to find her in bed i thought she was asleep, dispite cpr and paramedics we could not save her . By the time a woman realizes she wants a sigma like me, they've lost my respect due to my pride. Then I'm completely turned off. Chads aren't alphas , they're sigmas. You can't call Trump or Musk an alpha. They're definitely sigmas. Women hold no sway over sigmas.
Men lean more towards these traits and thus a lot of men regard themselves as sigmas because they may have once exhibited these traits or behaviors or personality align most with those mentioned in this video.

Most relationships are quid pro quo, if you don't go around looking rich & successful too much, these type of women usually look right past you. If you look like they got nothing to gain, you'll dodge these bullets. Ps. I'm gonna entertain watching the rest of this video, but just from your opening I'm raising the BS flag up the pole. I've been studying my Narcissistic Wife and I'm going to tell you there are levels between Sigma's and NPDs that battle against one-another and the more Malignant an NPD is (I believe my Wife is upper-Arrogant to mid-Malignant), especially Covert Narcissist's, who are extremely subtle and nigh-undetectable by ANY man out there, including Sigma's. Let me watch the rest of this and I will complete my comments... 5) Cold-shouldering: since I figured out what my Wife was doing, this has been a near-constant, but my anger is acute and harsh at this point, this early stage; 4) Boundaries: I think you might be proceeding from an assumption that everyone knows how to put up boundaries and not everyone does. One that has had a Father in the home as well as his Mother is more likely to know what boundaries look like. They remain a Sigma Male, but there are some things yet to learn. This is why it is ultra-important to have both parents in the home. 3) Flat Denials: The higher level (Ignorant to Arrogant to Malignant) an NPD is, the less likely a Sigma Male is going to be able to resist. There's also an element of compromise, realistically; if a Sigma wants to have any manner of marriage, whatsoever, and they do not yet understand (it took me six-and-a-half years with my Wife, as compared to many men I have read about with two and three times that amount of marriage time) how gaslighting and the Narcissist, overall, works the manipulation can become very strong and, soon, the Sigma doesn't understand how in the hell they got where they are. Sigma's still have emotions, still have their own thought patterns, still dream and feel like most other men, we're just usually better at controlling it, but an heavy NPD can knock Sigma's for a loop nearly as easily as anyone else, if they work to find out what makes us tick. Just because we fall into a category, that means NOTHING to them and, if they suss out what makes us tick, we're just as done for as any other man. 2) Be a Fault Pointer: While I agree Sigma's need to avoid and put off toxic and NPD women, you've got things bass ackwards, here... you point out a fault of ANY woman and you're in for a hard day; you point it out to a mid-high-NPD, I don't care if you're Genghis Khan or Jesus, you better get gone quick. NPDs are dangerous when it comes to getting their way and will do anything in their power, apart from taking responsibility for something they've done wrong, and are likely, if you do it too much, to boot your butt out of the relationship, at the very least, or to kill you while you're sleeping. You act like we Sigma's are the end-all-and-be-all of men, while ignoring or off-setting the truths of others. 1) Be Factual: the opening for this one I almost told you that you were smoking crack if you actually believe this, though there is a bit of truth, here. The truth needs to lie in the fact of experience, here. A young Sigma who gets to know a beautiful young woman who begins working the seven stages of trapping a man, will still become trapped due to inexperience. Love/Sex Bombing overrides EVERY man's brain, period. When new relationship is beginning for someone inexperienced, every man's brain turns to constant thoughts of sex and there is NO CONTROL at that point. A man with experience and thoughtfulness is much less likely to be caught up in the antics of an NPD. Your videos have taught me a great deal about who I am as a Sigma. I was not raised to know anything about myself, who I was or am, and I know for a fact that was done on-purpose. I was removed from my Father's tutelage when I was 7 and never had a real Father from that time forward because my Mom believes there is not a man on this Earth who is good enough for her and, when we were kids, good enough to help raise us. I virtually raised my little Brother and Sister from that time until my early teens because my Mom, who selfishly and ignorantly left my Dad, had to work her fingers to the bone just to keep food on the table. I believe sigma males are highly empathic….our BS detectors are very sensitive. Not only can we easily detect a narcissist…but we are good at surrounding ourselves with the most trustworthy people….it’s usually a very small circle of friends and various ages but sigmas tend to respect older and wiser people more ( at least for me ) …we don’t care about popularity that much….in fact people who seek popularity are like clowns to us.

More than once, I walked away in the middle of a date without another word. However, once when a woman started telling me how she must always get whatever she wants, I did tell her that today would be a great learning opportunity for her, before paying only my half of a bill and just walking out to my car and driving off home. I left the egobrat there to pay her own meal and to find her own way home.

I just dusted one off about a week ago. We've been dragging on for months (since February). She's an Alpha female and tries to make everything bend to her will. As a Sigma male, I will never put up a loud aggressive fight, but I'll calmly reject any form of manipulation, and as soon as I sense the fire, I douse it quickly.
In one of those emotional periods last week, I let my guard down a bit and told her some stuff I was going through lately, thinking "Well, she might have an idea or two or at least show compassion"😂 She brushed off the topic and gave a very bad judgment. I paused a bit, ran a combo of thoughts and simply said "OK. Good night." before abruptly hanging up.
Guess what she replied with as text "That was rude.". I replied "OK" and erased her from my mind instantly. She always thinks she's right and so far, about 50% of her judgments have been obviously terrible as they clearly failed. Not wanting to see things from the perspective of another person is an awful attribute I don't think I can condone from anyone. Wanting things to go your way everytime is simply trying to manipulate everyone to do your bidding.😅

The art of dealing with a narcissist is using the power of silence, just be stoic. I've met a few nacissists in the past and all of them ran away to be never seen back again. Giving them the slightest attention gives them the thought that they have an entrance, don't give that to a narcissist, they'll try to manipulate you for it, such a waste of valuable time. Just look at them with a blank stare and don't respond to anything.

The company she was managing were so scared that I was about to sue them and I was planning to but decided to just focus full time school because I think it is more important to me long term than some stupid bottom feeder job; however, I did get a $5000 pay out just to not move forward with the case which is nothing compared to what I would have gotten if I won in a legal battle in court. You can find a great wife overseas but it is best to keep them in their country of origin in my opinion. I would work on getting duel citizenship but NEVER would I move her to the West. I'm gonna entertain watching the rest of this video, but just from your opening I'm raising the BS flag up the pole. I've been studying my Narcissistic Wife and I'm going to tell you there are levels between Sigma's and NPDs that battle against one-another and the more Malignant an NPD is (I believe my Wife is upper-Arrogant to mid-Malignant), especially Covert Narcissist's, who are extremely subtle and nigh-undetectable by ANY man out there, including Sigma's.
Let me watch the rest of this and I will complete my comments...

There's also an element of compromise, realistically; if a Sigma wants to have any manner of marriage, whatsoever, and they do not yet understand (it took me six-and-a-half years with my Wife, as compared to many men I have read about with two and three times that amount of marriage time) how gaslighting and the Narcissist, overall, works the manipulation can become very strong and, soon, the Sigma doesn't understand how in the hell they got where they are. Sigma's still have emotions, still have their own thought patterns, still dream and feel like most other men, we're just usually better at controlling it, but an heavy NPD can knock Sigma's for a loop nearly as easily as anyone else, if they work to find out what makes us tick. Just because we fall into a category, that means NOTHING to them and, if they suss out what makes us tick, we're just as done for as any other man.
2) Be a Fault Pointer: While I agree Sigma's need to avoid and put off toxic and NPD women, you've got things bass ackwards, here... you point out a fault of ANY woman and you're in for a hard day; you point it out to a mid-high-NPD, I don't care if you're Genghis Khan or Jesus, you better get gone quick. NPDs are dangerous when it comes to getting their way and will do anything in their power, apart from taking responsibility for something they've done wrong, and are likely, if you do it too much, to boot your butt out of the relationship, at the very least, or to kill you while you're sleeping. You act like we Sigma's are the end-all-and-be-all of men, while ignoring or off-setting the truths of others.
1) Be Factual: the opening for this one I almost told you that you were smoking crack if you actually believe this, though there is a bit of truth, here. The truth needs to lie in the fact of experience, here. A young Sigma who gets to know a beautiful young woman who begins working the seven stages of trapping a man, will still become trapped due to inexperience. Love/Sex Bombing overrides EVERY man's brain, period. When new relationship is beginning for someone inexperienced, every man's brain turns to constant thoughts of sex and there is NO CONTROL at that point. A man with experience and thoughtfulness is much less likely to be caught up in the antics of an NPD.
Your videos have taught me a great deal about who I am as a Sigma. I was not raised to know anything about myself, who I was or am, and I know for a fact that was done on-purpose. I was removed from my Father's tutelage when I was 7 and never had a real Father from that time forward because my Mom believes there is not a man on this Earth who is good enough for her and, when we were kids, good enough to help raise us. I virtually raised my little Brother and Sister from that time until my early teens because my Mom, who selfishly and ignorantly left my Dad, had to work her fingers to the bone just to keep food on the table. Now that we're both older, I'm beginning to understand just how retarded she is/was; it's a crying shame, too, because I could have done a lot with my life, especially as a Sigma, for good. Instead, I've fallen into traps I never had identified for me as a child, and because my Mom wanted to be Elizabeth Taylor instead of a thinking, feeling, unselfish MOTHER, there is much I have to learn about myself.

@@thorsrensen3162 thanks my friend, I REALLY dodge a bullet😅 house and kids were on the schedule for next year but I saw the writing on the wall and put a pause on everything. Ended up doing an uncontested divorce. She got roughly 8k and all the furniture. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
